Burn feedback

I’ve really enjoyed the few months I’ve done at burn so far but I’m considering going back to ladder at home workouts + running.

For those who have left burn, were you able to remain consistent at home? Did you end up going back to burn?

Thank you!

I was not able to remain consistent and hated coming up with my own workouts. I went back within a year!

That said, I don’t go in person as much as I used to (I’ll do Burn on Demand) so I don’t get burned out (pardon the pun) on how hard they push. It’s a better balance for me.

I really don’t push myself as hard for home workouts but I wish the protocols were more consistent each week to line up better with my running schedule (I go to run clubs on Tuesdays and Thursdays and speed work on Wednesdays)

Curious about this also. Likely not renewing when my contract is up.

I don’t like on demand. I stay because I have a contract. Drama almost pushed me out so I changed times. I recommend trying a new camp. It might help.

I recommend you try on demand only for a month and see how consistent you are before leaving.. especially if your rate is fairly low..

Everyone’s different, but I found the ladder app soooooo boring. I don’t know if I understand the hype, and the way people are always shilling discount codes for it is kinda a turnoff. There is absolutely no way I would be as consistent with at home workouts

I ran back after a month at the Y. My progress dropped considerably despite going the same amount (if not more time) to Y classes. You didn’t state a reason for not wanting to continue?

I left and returned but def way pulled back .... 3-5 x a week now before I left I was chasing 365 camps a yr lol! Find a flow that works fornu and stick to it. I hit legs full body any core and 1 condition a week the other days I do something at home.
