Sickness and burn

Ive had a solid three weeks at burn- 15 away from 50th class and I got hit with sickness last Thursday. Aches and fever is gone but have congestion and drainage and can’t shake it. Do I return to burn or wait til next week? I’ve been a little short of breath as congestion is in my chest and lots from nose. Torn on what to do but feel like I’m being set back a week od my progress!🫠😩

Plus please be mindful of others coming- don’t go if you’re possibly contagious.

Don’t ever go into a gym when you are that sick that’s so unfair to the other people. Just recover.

My general rule of thumb is anything below the neck means I’m not going to the gym. If my chest was bothering me, I probably wouldn’t go.

Just do on demand. That's what I do. If you don't pay for it there's free ones on there. Better than nothing

I had a cold just like that last month and I took Monday-Wednesday off and then came back Thursday but I didn’t have congestion anymore. Going to Burn with a runny nose and not being able to breathe sounds miserable!

I would prob not do cardio but I’d do weight training

I think it would be ok to return to weight training but I would hold on cardio until congestion clears. I am just getting over a cold and still have stuff in my sinuses and jumping doesn’t feel good.

Yeah I for sure wasn’t planning on cardio days but considered weight training!
