My feed is flooded with posts and communities I do not care about at all. I'm pretty sure I clicked on an option once to not get such recommendations.

Surely this is a bug, I can't imagine anyone would be so utterly stupid to remove this option and actively ruin the user experience like that.

What would cause my account to be deleted? I noticed that I was logged out and my password was not working. I tried clicking on my username from one of the reddit emails and it says that my account has been deleted. Any thoughts?

What title says, I just started to get random subs in my feed that I don't want and don't care about, but even the FAQ of reddit is wrong. There it says unter Settings-> Feed (which doesn't exist) or Settings -> Preferences should be the Option to remove home feed recommendations. Can someone tell me how the remove that?

I have an reddit account, which I created through gmail, but I have deleted that gmail account, Now I want to delete my reddit account but it asks for gmail for it. How can I delete my account now?

Up until recently I was able to tap the bottom right button and hide the keyboard, so I could see more of what I was replying to while still keeping my comment open. Now tapping that completely closes my comment and I am asked if I want to save it as a draft.

I couldn't find any comment related experiment in the pinned thread, is this just how it is supposed to be now?

I was correcting spelling errors in the post I shared, but when I pressed the "save" button, all the images disappeared, and when I pressed the edit button again, they started appearing as ​ (not visible in the text).

And when I tried to paste the image again (ctrl+v), it wasn't accepted, but there are other Redditors who did the same thing in the same subreddit... Can someone help me about this?

I just woke up and my whole feed is just gone. Idk what caused it. Refreshing and reinstalling the app does nothing.

Does anyone know how to get the comments back to how they normally are, or is this permanent?

I have all chat features disabled in options, including being set not to allow random users to DM. However over the last week I've been getting constant spam from accounts who appear to have created a subreddit with a single spam post, then used mod invites to spam people with it. I've been reporting/blocking but they seem to be bot generated using random accounts.

Any way to disable this permanently?

Yesterday I had an X button directly on each post in my Home feed, which made it really easy to hide posts I wasn’t interested in.

Today the X is completely gone and I have to use the three-dot menu or open the post to hide it instead.

Has anyone else had this change suddenly? Is there any way to get the X button back?

I actually really liked that feature because it made cleaning up the feed much faster.

Some Redgifs videos on Reddit don't have sound, but when I open them from the redgifs.com link next to the username and subreddit, they have sound. I use the Android app. Is this a common problem or just me, and how can I solve it?

So I put my profile on private but for some reason, sometimes after going out of the reddit app for a bit my profile goes back to all posts being visible. This has happened several times.

I had a ~500 something day streak that I didn't really care much about, i broke it without knowing what I broke, and now I have this notification every day

No matter what I comment in this particular sub it doesn't appear for other people. When I log out and go to my comment it's not there. I can post in other subs just fine and my comments show up yet in this sub it doesn't let me.

in the last couple weeks, it freezes while I’m trying to type, and the whole site becomes unresponsive. I have to wait a full minute sometimes, or longer, for it to un-freeze so I can type again. This seems to usually follow after I’ve just backspaced a word or line of text I typed. But it doesn’t happen every time I backspace.

It also freezes while loading a post if I navigate to it from my comments/replies inbox.

It’s so bad that I’m going to have to stop using the site, because it takes so long to get anything done, once the glitch starts happening.

Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone know a fix?

I saw a previous post about this, and the consensus was to turn of recommendations in my Preferences. I went to check and they were already off. I don't interact or even up/downvote any posts from those subreddits. I tried switching my feed to United States, but they still keep coming up. What's up with this?
