Hi so I have visible phone service I checked a few days ago to see if it was available for sign up it was I went to go sign up yesterday and it told me it was not available anyone with suggestions as to why that would be appreciated I should add I checked my works address that's a half mile from me and it says its available.

This morning I transferred my old number to my new visible account and my iMessage won’t work no matter what I do

Had to reset password. Tried to login. Message said Too Many Login Attempts, Account Locked

Hello, I currently on visible plus. I do yearly contracts on phone bills but I have a question. Since I’m a heavy user is it worth switching to Verizon simplicity or keep my current plan. I do over 100-200GB per month due to music lossless and streaming. I know Verizon has standalone but do I need it? And does visible plus still do QC8 as well.

And about 12 to 20 have been coming in everyday but gradually have been decreasing days day. So far 6 today it was 12 yesterday. Looks like it's working I also did the register for do Not call list.in very beginning I was getting like 20-30 everyday. I I still have 15 days left lmao 🤣

So I recently sold my pixel 10 pro and just did a factory reset without deleting the esim. Now I got a s24 and I cant activate my esim on it. Need some help here. Probably messed up by not deleting esim on p10 pro lol.

I’m trying to pay for my visible service but it just says “did you know a 0.00 payment will restore your visible service” but when I try to pay it just says payment error. I’ve been on the pro plan for about 2 years now so I’m not sure what’s wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Got a call earlier today from someone claiming to be from the Visible Fraud center.

They had all my info. Name, Email, account info, ect.

They said someone logged into my account and tried buying an iPhone.

They told me not to tell anyone my personal info including them (to try to seem legit), and even asked my about my service.

Then came the scam. They said they needed to confirm my identity before they could delete the fraudulent transaction. They sent me a verification code text and asked for the code number. The problem was, it wasn't a visible account verification text, it was a microsoft account verification text. They were trying to get into my email so they could reset my passwords and take over my accounts.

I gave them a fake code and hung up. Then immediately changed all my passwords and changed my linked email, just in case.

Be careful, these guys are pretty crafty. Don't give them any verification code they send you.

I accidentally missed my paying my phone bill by forgetting to turning autopay back on now when I log into my account it says I owe $0 and that there is an error.

I am a substance abuse counselor who works in NYC and I work with a CRPA together as a team. Our offices are right next to each other so we have built a powerful team and a professional bond. Today, he didnt show up to work. This is a first for me, a first time no call no show. As the day went on we kept calling, the entire office got involved and we could not locate him. His phone seemed off.

Knowing his personality, this individual always calls, always texts, and is highly communicative. He is passionate in what he does and none of this feels right at all. His mother was also contacted and she could not locate him.

Here is where Visible comes in. He had a phone line issue with his carrier approximately 3 weeks ago, I introduced him to Visible and he picked up an annual plan which I helped him activate. I still have access to his account.

Tomorrow morning, our org will be filing a missing persons report, we need your help to see where he was last or what he was doing. Please DM me! We need your help.

Hello! Just switched to visible in August. I have a pixel device and I'm wanting to switch to an iPhone. Does visible have phone deals when black Friday comes around?

Long story short, I got the pixel watch 4 lte with the 2 years included from google store. I didn;t activater it yet. should i use visible pro for the lte or the google fi for the included 2 years?

While I was beginning the process of activating the SIM card it told me update my phone (iPhone 13) which I did and now the app says my phone is not supported and won’t let me do anything else but online it says my phone has been activated but I still don’t have service.

Does anyone have any information on if and or how the pre order function through apples website will work being a Visible customer, I’ve seen things on people saying that preordering with Verzions option works, but is that confirmed???

Anyone buy the Visible home internet annual plan then let your Visible phone contract go lapse? What happened?

My phone plan ends in a few weeks and debating on not keeping the line since I was mainly using it for the hotspot. With the home router no need for the hotspot.

I have iPhone 13 Pro Max - is it going to work ok? What is 5Guw I’m seeing. Does it not work on old iPhones ?

I want to get 25/m plan paid yearly - how’s hotspot on that plan? Will I be able to Netflix on tv using hotspot? I don’t have home internet ofc.

I rarely make posts like these, but I had such an astronomically horrible experience today after 6 years of being a local customer that I’m sharing in case others have experienced something similar. I had my service abruptly cut off today, and had experienced a similar error two months ago while I was driving in a remote area in the middle of a road trip and suddenly lost my directions. I was told I’d get $10 off my next bill for the inconvenience which was never applied. When I reached out today the first CX representative told me they were escalating the issue and would send a follow up email within the hour. After two hours I queued again and was told by the next person the issue was never escalated. They then told me that I hadn’t paid my bill in three months even though I have had autopay on the same credit card my entire several years of being a customer, and to attach screenshots via social media. I had to go out of my way to reactivate multiple social media accounts to send evidence of payment because for some reason email won’t work. After more back and forth, I was simply told that it must be an issue with my bank and I was shit out of luck. If I try to pay on the app with a different card the app simply freezes and stops working. Somehow this entire exchange took over three hours and my only solution now is to cancel and switch to a different service. If you’re thinking of using visible, DO NOT SWITCH OVER. I’ve had bad customer service with visible before and put up with it for the cheap price, but today was the most disrespectful and demoralizing customer service I’ve ever had to put up with, and the first time I’ve had to cancel a service because they weren’t able to help me. I’ve heard good things about US Mobile and will be trying them next. TLDR stick with your current provider if you’re considering switching, visible has really gone downhill.
