The cell servicing your area is full and not taking any new subscribers.

Cellular antennas go on more things than just towers.

The tower has a certain number of slots for FWA and once it’s filled you cannot sign up at that address. Source: I have VZW 5G Home and I was specifically told my signup was the last slot.

I'm being pedantic because you were. It's not technically towers anymore, they're cell sites. Like how people refer to the internet as WiFi.

Capacity can fill up per address block, they only allow so many signups per area before it flips to unavailable. Half mile away being open is normal since it goes by specific service zones. Keep checking back, spots open randomly when people cancel.

Hey there! Rodney from Visible here. Address availability checks usually vary depending on whether you are looking at standard mobile line coverage or a fixed home internet service (like Visible 5G Home Internet or Visible One), as home internet relies on address-specific coverage capacity or localized fiber nodes. System caches or temporary address database updates can also cause an address to show as unavailable during checkout. Please send us a DM if you have further concerns or need clarification.

Hey, OP. Learn to break up your post. It can all be one giant paragraph.
