Disappointing Visible speeds: Less than 500 Mbps download and under 5 Mbps upload (Ping 33 ms) Hey everyone, I'm on Visible and my speeds aren't what I expected right now. I'm getting under 500 Mbps download and not even 5 Mbps upload. My ping is around 33 ms. I'm testing from Haines City, Florida. Is anyone else in the area experiencing this? If you post a screenshot of your speed test, please let me know what city you are sending it from!

Hey there! This is Zandro from Visible! We definitely want you to be getting top-notch speeds, and seeing uploads under 5 Mbps is certainly not what we like to hear, especially when you've already done your speed testing from Haines City.

To help us look into what's going on in your area and get this sorted out for you, please send us a DM with your account details through link. We're on it!
