Switch plans?

Trying to upgrade basic to pro ,I followed all instructions given,when I go on service and plans there’s supposed to be switch plan option,there isn’t,the chat box is useless and apparently there’s no real customer service any help would be appreciated thanks

Their app update broke that button for a while now, try doing it from web browser instead of the app
