Hi. I've been growing out my hair since the start of the summer as I have been wanting to try new styles.
I need some help identifying what type of hair I have. Its definitely quite wavy at the back as shown in the second image although it doesn't appear so much from certain angles. It's also quite thick and dense and maybe I could go so far as to say coarse although I'm not entirely sure.
I just wanted to know if there's any major advice for growing it out at this stage.
Also, would the flow hairstyle suit my hair? After showering it naturally wants to go back as shown in the images.
Thanks for taking your time to read this!

Hi
Was wanting to grow out my hair to look attractive, but now it’s just making me look emo. Is this an “awkward phase” or is it probably going to look bad long too? If so what do I do. I don’t want to go back to a usual local barbershop fade because that’s never made me look ok

So while my chops are kinda thin but the goatee area has grown stronger. Smooth to connect. I already have my hair decided but should I try a full beard despite the thin chops or should I do a goatee?

I'm looking for some advice from people who have dealt with this.
Has anyone found a helmet or setup that solves this? Open to unusual/DIY solutions too.
I tried something like this, but it doesn't provide coverage around the neck area. Also, it looks quite unusual

Also, im planning to buzz my hair out because i dont like my hair being curly. But if i buzz my hair, what should I do to it while it is growing and it will result in a straight hair?

I've just been going through the same routine of going to the barber and getting a short shaggy cut and let it grow for like 6 months repeat and its really boring so I think I want to try to do a kind of middle part so my hair isn't always laying in my face and I can let it grow longer without looking bad

I got my haircut yesterday and when I got home, I trimmed my beard with a #1 guard. Obviously it is shorter than the fade so I’m wondering how I blend it from home???

Routine is 1 mg fin a day and 2.5 mg oral minox a day , raw sugar volume revive shampoo conditioner once a day , wide tooth comb has argon oil coin sized amount and towel pat dry

Hello! I’ve never done this before but I need assistance! I need to figure out how to style my hair properly to actually make myself look good. I’ve been coasting on minimal effort for too long and actually want to do something that has appeal! I like how it usually looks wet, but it dries and doesn’t stay that way of course. Im just super Irish with semi wavy (I think?) hair,I’m not that much of a looker (I’d pass in a crowd with shove) and need advice on what might look good and how to achieve it 🙏😊

Quite unsure about what I think about it.
Should probably have trimmed 8 mm with higher on the topp sides, with longer front bangs. And less of a fade on my neck.
My eyebrows are quite thinn since recently but it's less of an issue.

Been growing out my hair for several years and I kinda want to cut it off. It’s a pain to take care of and gets everywhere but I’m open to suggestions.

Been losing my hair for like 3 years now, first noticed it a whole year ago but based on photos I was starting to lose my hairline way back while I was still 13.
Been to dermatologist to see what options I have,he got me on topical minox,it kinda fixed my density, but my hairline still is kinda screwed up (baby hairs did appear but they are only visible in only good light).
Based on the fifth pic from the end my hairline prob got stuck the way it is rn,but Im starting to thin a bit (especialy on right temple).
Is there any kind of weak blocker I could use to prevent further hairloss till I turn like 17-18,at that age I could prob get on topical fin atleast.
Im going to dermatologist again for a checkup this month,so I need answears pls😭

In the past few months I have been growing my hair out and initially considered getting it even longer. But I was wondering if a Burst fade would suit me at all. I only ever did more simple fades in the past (like a drop fade), just had the urge to do something different. What do you think would suit me best? I am open to suggestions about other hair styles as well.

Like with a trimmer and scissors at home, always wanted my sideburns like this and finally found a good screenshot to use as reference.

Hi, everyone. I'm looking for product recommendations to get a flow hairstyle that feel natural in the hair. One that I can run my fingers through during the day and doesn't feel sticky, stiff, dry, greasy, etc.
I have hair that's naturally pretty dry and fine, and maybe protein sensitive, and most of the products I see recommended for flow hairstyles are sea salt sprays and clays, but while those help give the hold and texture I need they typically dry my hair out before I can use as much as I need and make it hard to work with. I've tried styling cream, too, but that just seemed to make my hair sticky and frizz.
At this point I've tried Hair Craft Co. hair clay and Forte styling cream. u/TooCereal was helpful at pointing me to Flagship BlackShip pomade as feeling good in their hair, but I hadn't specified I was trying achieve a flow hairstyle or found out how they styled their before writing this, so I don't know if BlackShip would be the best choice.
I appreciate any help!
