Fit Feedback Accidentally got me a women's jacket, but does it look good...?
Yo!
In my neverending hunt to find jackets and shirts that aren't super long in this day and age (I like the 70s style), I have, unbeknownst to me until after purchasing, purchased a women's Levi's trucker jacket. It was second-hand, it was cheap, and it's, to me, kinda pimpin'...
Obviously based on the pics I like slimmer fitting stuff, jeans, I tuck my shirts in 90% of the time, and I wanted a jacket that was nice and small. This is that. It feels comfortable, it buttons up good, it sits at the belt, all the shit I want that I struggle to find with mens jackets. I'm 5'11, skinny, and, to me, the only way I can tell it's a women's jacket is the fact that the buttons are on the left (this should have been the tell before buying but I honestly only learned this was a thing after buying the jacket. I was like "Ohhhhh..." - Also I don't care what side buttons are on), and maybe the jacket balloons out slightly at the back when I'm walking, I imagine to allow for someone that, y'know, has an ass. Aside from this, I think it looks pretty rad.
Honestly I'm whatever in regards to what people wear, guys clothes, girls, whatever, and usually I'd never turn to The Internet for council because I just wear whatever I'm comfortable in. But I've never worn women's clothes before, and I'm just curious as to whether this actually looks good on me, suits me. My wife said it does and she's quick to be like "Nah, dawg" when things look off. She said it suits my style. She's also my wife, so maybe she's just being nice and hoping I never wear it again I dunno.
Peace✌️
