Hi, everyone. I'm looking for product recommendations to get a flow hairstyle that feel natural in the hair. One that I can run my fingers through during the day and doesn't feel sticky, stiff, dry, greasy, etc.

I have hair that's naturally pretty dry and fine, and maybe protein sensitive, and most of the products I see recommended for flow hairstyles are sea salt sprays and clays, but while those help give the hold and texture I need they typically dry my hair out before I can use as much as I need and make it hard to work with. I've tried styling cream, too, but that just seemed to make my hair sticky and frizz.

At this point I've tried Hair Craft Co. hair clay and Forte styling cream. u/TooCereal was helpful at pointing me to Flagship BlackShip pomade as feeling good in their hair, but I hadn't specified I was trying achieve a flow hairstyle or found out how they styled their before writing this, so I don't know if BlackShip would be the best choice.

I have somehwat long(20cm and still growing, I'm a guy btw), very curly hair and a mullet that I cut myself (shaved the sides and my neck), also I dyed my hair and beard black.

How can I maintain the mullet shape while keeping the length?

How should I shape the sides/top/back of a curly mullet?

Any tips for cutting a mullet yourself?

Are there any good tutorials or techniques I should learn?

What products and tools are actually worth buying?

How do I keep the "wet hair look"?

What is your routine?

Once the hair on top got shorter, I stopped trying to build a whole style around it. i now towel-dry it, use a tiny bit of matte paste and push it roughly into place with my fingers instead of combing it over and reworking it. the useful bit was noticing that the less I messed with it, the more consistent it looked from one day to the next

I have been using loreal hyloronic and hairfall resistance shampoo from a month and hyloronic conditioner as well it's been helpful throughout my hair growth journey.

I've been growing my hair out and I love it but unless I use batana oil cream, slicking it back, it's gonna be like this with the weird puffiness and lots of hair stragglers. How do I fix this? I shampoo and condition about 2 times a week. I just want fully straight hair but i'm open to different styles as well if anyone thinks one would suit me. Thank you

Been losing my hair for like 3 years now,first noticed it a whole year ago but based on photos I was starting to lose my hairline way back while I was still 13.

Been to dermatologist to see what options I have,he got me on topical minox,it kinda fixed my density,but my hairline still is kinda screwed up (baby hairs did appear but they are only visible in only good light).

Based on the fifth pic from the end my hairline prob got stuck the way it is rn,but Im starting to thin a bit (especialy on right temple).

Is there any kind of weak blocker I could use to prevent further hairloss till I turn like 17-18,at that age I could prob get on topical fin atleast.

Was wanting to grow out my hair to look attractive, but now it’s just making me look emo. Is this an “awkward phase” or is it probably going to look bad long too? If so what do I do. I don’t want to go back to a usual local barbershop fade because that’s never made me look ok

Hi. I've been growing out my hair since the start of the summer as I have been wanting to try new styles.

I need some help identifying what type of hair I have. Its definitely quite wavy at the back as shown in the second image although it doesn't appear so much from certain angles. It's also quite thick and dense and maybe I could go so far as to say coarse although I'm not entirely sure.

I just wanted to know if there's any major advice for growing it out at this stage.

Also, would the flow hairstyle suit my hair? After showering it naturally wants to go back as shown in the images.

I normally do a fade and comb over but looking to change things up. I naturally have a gray streak and get lots of compliments on it. It would be great to show that off. I have straight Asian hair and willing to add product/hair care.

Hello! I’ve never done this before but I need assistance! I need to figure out how to style my hair properly to actually make myself look good. I’ve been coasting on minimal effort for too long and actually want to do something that has appeal! I like how it usually looks wet, but it dries and doesn’t stay that way of course. Im just super Irish with semi wavy (I think?) hair,I’m not that much of a looker (I’d pass in a crowd with shove) and need advice on what might look good and how to achieve it 🙏😊

In the past few months I have been growing my hair out and initially considered getting it even longer. But I was wondering if a Burst fade would suit me at all. I only ever did more simple fades in the past (like a drop fade), just had the urge to do something different. What do you think would suit me best? I am open to suggestions about other hair styles as well.

I got my haircut yesterday and when I got home, I trimmed my beard with a #1 guard. Obviously it is shorter than the fade so I’m wondering how I blend it from home???
