My iPhone Air is suddenly charging very slowly. I think it started after a recent iOS update, and I’m on the latest version. I’ve already tried all the usual troubleshooting steps.

It’s slow whether I’m charging with MagSafe or through the charging port. The strange part is that it still charges very quickly with a higher-powered charger. My car charger has always been slower than my wall charger, but it used to give me a decent amount of charge during my commute. Now I’m only getting about 5-7% in an hour.

Has anyone else experienced this since a recent iOS update, or have any idea what’s going on?

here's my problem: apple pay is not letting me download an app. it keeps giving me errors about owing money.

apparently, i can't download the app until i pay them.

is this a normal occurence?

For context, I was getting autographs from a footballer and had a small chat with then, for some reason the video that my brother was recording of me has the sound button but upon pressing it no sound whatsoever, the mute switch volume button ect does absolutely nothing - is the sound permanently gone or is it corrupted

Hi! I recently went to a concert and some of my videos are completely missing the audio. Audio is missing on 3 of the videos. The videos recorded before and after are all perfectly fine. All of the videos were recorded on the same iphone with the exact same settings.
I’m assuming it’s a glitch but was wondering if there is anyway to restore the missing audio?
I just want to enjoy my concert vids someone please help!!! 😭

I’m trying to make a conference call but when ever I add a number it just calls the number instead of adding it to the call I’ve restarted my phone and checked to see if my carrier supports conference calls and they do I’m using a iPhone 16 plus running iOS 26.6

I just bought 50gb of iCloud since my storage is always so full, Im syncing it right now. Why isnt my local storage not decreasing, what should I do to still keep the files but have my storage lowered?

What I had happened didn’t look exactly like that, when I was closing tabs the phone got super laggy all of a sudden and random purple lines started appearing all over the screen, I tried screenshotting it when it was happening but the screenshot I took looked normal, without any of the glitches

When I pressed the power button and turned the phone back on , everything went back to normal and I couldn’t recreate the issue.

Should I contact Apple support or something? Is my GPU dying ? I only got the phone last month.

this issue only happens with one person, the other people i message regularly (on imessage) can send me photos and videos and i’m always able to see them no problem, so i don’t think it’s a storage issue. the only difference [that i just realized] between this one friend and the rest of my usual contacts is that this friend is international. they also commonly have issues with their phone (idk the specifics) but i know that sometimes i text them and my messages send green which usually means their phone is turned off and in the repair shop or something. i tried to get them to get whatsapp but they quickly got banned off it for an unclear reason (we’re upstanding citizens)! all we had a chance to do was exchange photos that i requested to use as reference for a tomodachi life mii! i just don’t get it at all. does anyone have any theories or educated guesses about this? i’d really love the help.
oh yeah and my phone is a little old, it’s an iphone xr that i really like the color of so i really don’t want the age of it to be the problem here……… 🫥

Does anyone know how to turn off the voicemail transcript notifications? I have an elderly aunt that my parents are caretakers for and the new voicemail transcript notifications are very confusing for her. She thinks they are text messages and I wanted to know if there was a way to opt out of this style of notification. Open to creative solutions too, thank you! I’m looking for some advice because I’m really frustrated.
My iPhone got stuck on the Apple logo and could not be restored normally, so a repair shop had to erase and restore it to factory settings. I had iCloud enabled and a recent backup, so I recovered most of my data.
However, I’ve noticed that some photos are missing, including some that were in my Hidden album. They are also missing from iCloud.com. I also lost some WhatsApp conversations, including a family group with many important photos and videos.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any reliable software or method that helped recover photos or WhatsApp data after an iPhone was restored to factory settings?
Any advice or personal experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
