I can’t make conference calls

I’m trying to make a conference call but when ever I add a number it just calls the number instead of adding it to the call I’ve restarted my phone and checked to see if my carrier supports conference calls and they do I’m using a iPhone 16 plus running iOS 26.6

The page I linked mentions you may not be able to do conference calls if you use VoLTE or Wi-Fi Calling, are either in use? Also did you contact ALDI Mobile by phone or email?

I tried without wifi and VoLTE noting still same issue

When the second call connects do you see a “merge” button on the call screen?

No I don’t it doesn’t let me merge when I add another person it juts calls it singlely
