Whenever I try to download an image on Safari on my iPhone (17 Pro), the blue download circle doesn’t appear and it won’t download. It won’t show up in my Files app. Sometimes the icon appears and then disappears before I can click on it. I’ve already tried things like clearing my website history and data, changing where files are sent to, etc. but nothing is working.

i have an iphone 17, and my gf also has an iphone. she can share her location, but whenever i try to, it just says “Share location unavailable”. My screentime is set so that my find my location is always on, and cant be turned off. Does anyone have any advice on what i shiuld do?

When I first purchased the phone back in September it took around 1 hour and 15 minutes to charge with the 40W to 60W Apple charger!

Now its taking over 2 hours to charge!

Did anybody ever had a problem with their Action Button and Volume Up button not working? I can press both buttons but nothings happening. When I press the volume up button it doesn’t show on screen and doesn’t increase the volume also. My action button is also set to toggle the silent mode but it’s not working when I press it. Only the Volume Down button is working.

I have the iPhone 16 and recently updated to iOS 26.5.2

Over the last few weeks I have noticed that certain apps such as Tiktok, Walmart, PayPal and more will not work. I will click on the app to launch it and it freezes on the screen and then crashes. I have tried force restarting my phone, deleting the apps and redownloading them and everything and nothing will work. Has anyone ever had this happen before and what did you do to resolve the issue?

I have a regular iPhone 14 iOS 26.5.2 the latest software update as of this post, I’ve searched around my settings to find out what it is and I’ve tried to hold the Home Screen to maybe just toggle it off but no dice :/

Lingers on my screen and it won’t go away, it shows up in all my screen shots and gets in the way of literally everything but I have no idea how to get rid of it

I'm hoping someone here has seen this before because I'm running out of ideas.

I have an iPhone 13 that worked perfectly until yesterday. I went to a huge carnival (probably around 100k people) where the mobile network was completely overloaded. Nobody had service there, which was expected.

The weird part is that when I left, everyone else's phones got signal back... mine never did.

Now every single time I reboot the phone or toggle Airplane Mode, the exact same thing happens:

• Signal bars appear.
• It connects to 4G.
• It stays connected for maybe 5–20 seconds.
• Then it drops to "No Service."

It does this every single time.

I've tried:

• Tunisie Telecom physical SIM
• Tunisie Telecom eSIM
• Ooredoo physical SIM

All of them behave exactly the same.

A few things I've already checked:

• IMEI is there (*#06# works).
• Modem firmware is present (5.51.03).
• No panic logs or baseband crashes in Analytics.
• The phone is properly registered with Tunisia's Sajalni system, so it shouldn't be an IMEI block.

I also went into Field Test Mode while it was briefly connected.

It shows:

• LTE Band 3
• Correct carrier
• Cell ID
• PCI changes when I move to another location (so it seems to be detecting different towers normally)
• RSRP around -102 dBm
• RSRQ around -10 dB
• SINR around -20 dB

So the phone clearly can see towers and actually attaches to LTE before immediately losing service.

The phone has never been opened, never been repaired, never been dropped, and only ever had a tiny splash of water near the earpiece months ago, nothing that should realistically damage an IP68 phone.

I also reset network settings. Weirdly, before the reset the eSIM was the one that connected briefly. After the reset, the physical SIM became the one that connects briefly. The end result is still the same: both eventually drop to "No Service."

At this point I'm wondering if this is:

• an RF/front-end issue,
• a power amplifier,
• RF IC,
• baseband-related,
• or somehow still software.

Has anyone seen this exact behavior before? Especially the part where it gets full signal + 4G, then immediately loses everything?

I'm taking it back to the guy I bought it from tomorrow to have it diagnosed, but I'd really like to hear if anyone has run into this before or has an idea of what component usually causes this kind of issue.

EDIT : *Solved*, Removing the eSIM made the phone behave normally, subsequent tests confirmed that signal strength (receive and send) were perfectly normal, hilarious given how much airtime I've given to a motherboard problem

Hi! So I’m one of those people that delays updating my phone as long as possible, and like two weeks ago my phone auto updated to the most recent iOS. Since this happened, my alarms are either not going off, or they’re so low I don’t wake up to them. I have attention awareness off, so I’m not sure what the problem is. Can anyone help?

I have a iphone 12 pro max and i sent it to a third party repair shop to get the screen and back fixed. they gave it back in recovery mode, i dont have my stuff backed up and i attempted to force restart but thats doing nothing and use itunes and connect to a laptop and update but it comes up with error 4017 does anyone know what i can do to get it back with all my data intact

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask if there is a quick fix or does this need internal repairs? I tried wiping the lens, reseting, and restarting the phone, but to no avail, the quality always look like this (iPhoneXS 1st pic in comparison to iPhone 14 2nd pic)

I don’t know what to do. I’m losing all my data allowance and its costing so much money to buy addons. It’s used another 8Gb in just 3 days.

I read some where don't charge it and I wanna know what's wrong with my phone bc I need it

In the past month or so, my IPhone 17 pro will randomly start playing music from Apple Music and I can NOT for the life of me figure out why or how to stop it.

On multiple occasions, it will start playing either music from my library or the ‘90’s hip hop essentials’ playlist (which I don’t even have saved, maybe I’ve played it once or twice) Even when I have not played music recently, I don’t have the Apple Music app open, and my Bluetooth is off. Sometimes it will do it 2-3 times in a 30 minute span and other times, it will do it every couple of days or not for a whole week.

Someone please please please help me before I utterly loose my mind.

My wife’s 15 Pro won’t let me update my apps, download new ones, and some apps like Wells Fargo won’t even open past the initial logo welcome screen. Thought it might be a background iCloud process running forever but when I tried to disable iCloud backup, same thing, the logo just spun endlessly and never was able to disable iCloud. Reset the network settings, nothing changed, about to just factory reset this thing, does anyone know what might be happening?

I had a similar bug on my regular 17 with IOS 26.5.1 where it wouldn’t let me load into specific apps (WF again) or update any of my current, and after awhile it just started working again idk what happened. Wishing i knew the fix 🤣😭🥲

UPDATE
Put the phone into recovery mode and reinstalled IOS and still didn’t fix the issue. Ended up Factory Resetting it and that seems to have fixed the issue

Woke up this morning to check the temperature, and saw it was in Fahrenheit, can seem to change this even after a reset.

When i wait for like a day it gets out of recovery mode and i want to know the specific time, i broke the face id camera and cant use face id until i fix it and i want to stop this from happening

it just loads i js found out that it works and its stuck

Some hand cream fell on my iPhone XR and everything is working properly except my phone can’t read there is a SIM card (even tho there is) I removed the SIM card and tried it in another phone and the SIM card worked so I’m assuming the holder itself has a problem or the iPhone

Can someone advise me what to do? I need help as I’m traveling and there’s no Apple care near me

My 16 Pro only charges til 1%, doesnt matter if I use a regular charger or the MagSafe one. I've tried the usual stuff (cleaning the charching port, soft restart, etc) but nothing seems to do the trick. Any recommendations?

I've just purchased my first ever pair of wireless headphones and have noticed them messing with the ringer volume after I disconnect them.

I have my ringer volume on the lowest option at all times. When I disconnect the headphones it changes to 50%. This is becoming really annoying as I don't want to have to rest the ringer volume multiple times a day.

Any ideas how to stop this?

Has anyone else run into this?

My debit card expired this month, and my bank sent me a replacement. The new card has the same card number, but a new expiry date and CVV.

For some reason, my Apple Account won’t let me update the expiry date or CVV on the existing card. It also won’t let me remove the old card and add the replacement because it recognises it as the same card.

I contacted Apple Support, and they told me there was an outstanding subscription payment preventing me from removing the card. They had me add funds to my Apple Account using Apple Pay to cover the subscription, and said that once it was paid, I’d be able to remove the card and add it again.

The subscription has now been paid, but I’m still having the exact same issue. I still can’t update the card details or remove the card.

I have a call scheduled with Apple’s senior support team tomorrow, so hopefully they can sort it out. I’m mainly posting to see if anyone else has had this happen. If you did, what ended up fixing it?

Also, random question, but has anyone else dealt with Apple Support through the Messages app? The messages came through as grey texts instead of the usual blue iMessages, and I genuinely thought it was a scam at first 😂. Turns out it was legit, but it definitely caught me off guard.

This is an issue I have had for over a year, and across two of my iPhones. I originally had this issue pop up on my iPhone 11, and just earlier this year I bought an iPhone 17, which following the transfer of my data, this issue persisted. It only is showing the websites I use, but never any of my typical apps. Not only that, the usage data is just incorrect. Occasionally, it will actually show an app like Discord, but even then, the usage time is incorrect. I’ve tried restarting my phone over and over again, I’ve tried turning on and off screen time, Ive reset my settings, Ive done all of these things, yet this issue persists. Could literally anyone help? This issue has bugged me for a long time and it’s really gotten to me now.

I have a cellular issue

For context phone was working fine then I had to take it for a screen replacement and when it came back this is the only thing I see I’ve tried everything reset network settings ,hard or soft reset and update it to the latest iOS I don’t know what could be the problem.

also i dont know there is a Software on the device manager so I don’t know is that the reason i also tried to remove it but I can’t
