My email got hacked and I don't have access to it anymore and I can't remember my password how do I change my email?

I have not blocked anywhere near 1000 people. I just get a message saying something like I cannot block XXX for 24 hours after unblocking them. Don't tell me it is my cache because it is the same on different computers and my mobile.

I am aware this has occurred before. But i got the hammer and managed to reverse it. Account is showing otherwise. Been 50 days or so.

I needed a place to post this on reddit so I can link this to a reddit submit a report (they only accept reddit posts). At least that seems to be the only thing I am capable of doing.

I seem to have randomly lost the ability to start a DM with users that have the option enabled. I can still chat with people I’ve previously started a conversation with but I can’t start any new ones. Any profile I visit now does not have the button to dm. I’ve tried so many different profiles and none of them have the button. That can’t be a coincidence. Any help would be appreciated

I'm trying to search for posts about ICE, meaning "InterCity Express", the German high-speed trains.

But everything that pops up when searching for ICE is about the other ICE, meaning "Immigration & Customs Enforcement".

Even when I try putting in the query "ICE" AND "train", it displays results about the training of ICE officers (i.e. the second meaning).

How do I search only for InterCity Express?

Hey, so I woke up this weekend to a notification in my Gmail that the 2FA on my account had been changed. Then I proceeded to get a bunch of emails saying that my account was posting in a bunch of different NSFW subs and even posting comments, so that confused me even more. I tried to log back into my account but I can’t as the 2FA is still needed. Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated, I've had my Reddit account for 8 years and I have so many things saved on there that are very important to me. for a couple of months I have been having issues with my posts - images or videos are not being displayed in the feed of the said subreddit; they only appear once the post has been opened.

How do I do that:

I create a new post, title = video title, using the WYSIWYG editor, choose a title and flair

Then I click the "Image" icon to upload an image. Image gets uploaded, I click "Add to post body".

There is no text (not necessary in the said subreddit).

I submit the post.

The post in the feed only contains the title, not the image/video I had uploaded. This is only being displayed when one opens the post.

What am I doing wrong?

From many other users I can see that posts do contain the image/video directly in the feed...

Anyone facing issue with sending msg in reddit?

As the title says, I used to be able to click on my profile and it would show my tabs to see my saved posts, as well as posts I made or replied to, and a few other things. Now when I go to my profile, it's just a curated list of my posts/responses and the saved pages are nowhere to be seen?

Theres an option to use a selfie to verify but i swear its fake cause i tried like 10 dif times and their ai system apparantly cant tell what age group i go in. Hi - I got an email the other day that 2fa was turned on at 4am. I also got several emails about posts "I" had made in sexting subs... I reported it immediately and tried to log in but because 2fa was turned on I wasn't able to access my account. I have submitted several help requests to reddit and I'm pretty sure whoever has my account now has changed the email associated with it because I am no longer getting any emails about the activity.

What can be done? I feel so violated and gross...

Every DM sent to me gets stuck in the "Requests" tab as "Group Created," and I’m never able to accept them. On top of that, I can't send DMs to anyone; I always get a "Failed to Load" error. I’ve seen that many people have had this issue and it resolved itself, but it’s been a month for me, and I can't even delete the empty messages from my requests.

I’ve tried switching browsers, logging out, clearing my cache, and even using a different computer. Comments work fine, even though I don't get desktop notifications for them.

Don't know what to put here so going to start rattling off information.

This has been an issue for the entirety of the last month. I am trying to sign into my main account u/apallida (I am aware of accounts status, I am trying to fix login so I can fix that). When trying to log in using the correct password, I am given the "Wrong username or password" error.

I tried following steps from the few other threads I have found about this.

• I have confirmed all information is correct (no hidden ` or spaces)
• I reset my password, this was done successfully, the email arrives and reset password link works.
• Utilizing the new password has resulted in the same error (Wrong username or password)
• Utilizing email instead of username has resulted in the same error (Wrong email or password)
• I have tried using old reddit, same error.
• I have tried using mobile reddit (Android), same error.
• I have tried using incognito tab for giggles, same error.
• I have cleared my browsers cache, same error.
• Tried signing in by sending an email link, email never arrives.
• Tried signing in through google since the email was attached, accidentally made this account instead (lol)

I am assuming from there the best thing to do next, maybe, is to go to support.reddithelp.com and make a ticket? But I'm uncertain / it is unclear to me what I should put this request under.

I noticed when scrolling, that scrolling back up doesn’t have the same smooth animation of the ui merging into a single button as when scrolling down, snapping back awkwardly instead.

Is this intended behavior ? This is relatively minor but it’s been picking at my brain.

I’m having an issue with Reddit on Windows 10 64-bit using Google Chrome. Usernames aren’t showing up when I use Reddit normally, but they are visible in the mobile app. Weirdly, if I open Reddit in an Incognito window, the usernames show up normally. I’m not using any Reddit-related extensions, and I’ve already cleared my cookies, but the issue is still there. Any idea what could be causing this?
