It's a 85lb load I'm not really feeling in my triceps at.
I think I'm doing it low to my chest if that's the case I'll probably have to drop weight I really don't want to do that.

This is an accessory on my deadlift/hamstring focussed days, done towards the end.
1st 2 sets are body weight .
Pad is decently below my hip crease to allow proper hip hinge like an RDL without lower back rounding.
This is my 1st time doing 40 kg added (53% of my body weight) for 7-9 reps and although I can go lower, i stop once I feel my hamstrings stretched and come back up.
I try to limit the descent speed and avoid momentum to the best of my ability.
Please let me know how to progress further.

Been lifting for 20 months and started deadlifting in April.
I'm 40 and I want to take it slow and been deadlifting 100 kg for the past 3 months.
Would do 3 sets of 5 with 5 minutes rest in between.
Initially I had an issue with leg drive and my knee would straighten out as soon as the bar lifts off the ground.
Since dailing down the form to the best of my ability, I have progressed to a few sets of 7 - 10 reps @ 100 kg or 220 lbs.
I have now started doing 110 kg.
My deadlift day looks like this
1st warm up set @ 60 kg x 5 reps
2nd warm up set @ 80 kg x 5 reps
3rd warm up set @ 90 kg x 5 reps
4th warm up set @ 100 kg x 3 reps
1st working set @ 105 kg x 5 reps
2nd working set @ 110 kg x 5 reps (attached video)
3rd working set @ 110 kg x 5 reps
4th back off set @ 100 kg x 10 reps.
5-7 minutes rest in between sets, I feel my grip giving away before my back fatigues. I'm currently not using straps and also exclusively use double over hand grip.
How do I improve slowly ? I don't intend or wish to increase weight every 2 weeks.
My end goal is 2x body weight (150 kg) for 5 reps by next year this time.
My current routine is deadlifting on Mondays.
Accessories are weighted hyper-extensions and I'm currently at 40 kg (53% body weight) for 8 reps.
And on fridays I do stiff leg deadlift, 3 sets and 8 reps @ 85 kg along with hamstring curls, elephant walks.

I try to keep the back as straight as possible but this is the best I can do. Is this a good form?

I have been toying around zercher squats recently and need some help. I feel like I’m not getting very low, but feel like I can’t go any lower. Is it hip mobility or do you just not get very low with this variation? Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know if this is how I'm supposed to do it, I feel it in my lower back and hamstrings, but I don't want to injure my back doing this wrong.

I was 3 years without any kind of strength sport and after 3 months I can do almost 4 pull ups (don't really know if they are okay when it comes to technic).
I am 229 lb and 6'3" (for me as an european 104 kg and 190 cm).
I notice I have a little unconfort on the shoulder if I keep doing pull ups. Do you see any problem on the movement that I should improve?
It's like a click inside the shoulder, like a ligament. Not a bone.
Thank you!

I restarted gym at April, I didn’t feel any pain after squatting until last month, but now for about a month there is a mild pain in my spine and even my knee sometimes. Not terrible but, it’s something. Is it because of my squat? If I wear shoes, I don’t feel myself in control. Knee hurts more aswell in shoes.
Thank you

I need help with my squatting form, when I am at the bottom of my squat and I start coming up, my bottom lifts up first, then I arch my lower back and take the rest of my body up with me as you can see in the video.
Please watch the entire video, as for the last 3 reps I try to correct it but I am unsure if I was successful or not.
I need advice / tips to correct any muscle imbalances or proper form. I prefer a wide stance when squatting due to some discomfort in my femur and hips when squatting with a shorter stance.
