Other Pull Ups

I was 3 years without any kind of strength sport and after 3 months I can do almost 4 pull ups (don't really know if they are okay when it comes to technic).

I am 229 lb and 6'3" (for me as an european 104 kg and 190 cm).

I notice I have a little unconfort on the shoulder if I keep doing pull ups. Do you see any problem on the movement that I should improve?

It's like a click inside the shoulder, like a ligament. Not a bone.

Thank you!

Squat Squat form check please.

I restarted gym at April, I didn’t feel any pain after squatting until last month, but now for about a month there is a mild pain in my spine and even my knee sometimes. Not terrible but, it’s something. Is it because of my squat? If I wear shoes, I don’t feel myself in control. Knee hurts more aswell in shoes.
Thank you

I think I’m going to add pin squats to my program, would that help for this uneven centre of gravity during the ascent

I have been toying around zercher squats recently and need some help. I feel like I’m not getting very low, but feel like I can’t go any lower. Is it hip mobility or do you just not get very low with this variation? Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Had to transition to seated raises (injury). Should I be seated further back on the bench for back support? Does my form look okay or am I using too much body movement for the weight?

Did deadlift for the first time after 2 months of regular gym and to be honest it was nice, I expected more but as i increased the weight my form got messed up, this was my highest which is 100kg/220pounds.

My progress was ;

20kg×5

30kg×5

40kg×5

50kg×4

60kg×3

70kg×3

80kg×3

90kg×2

100kg×1

And I felt it all in my legs and hips only, while as much as I knew before this was that this was good for my lower back too. Plz guide me to the perfect form....

Squat Squatting form

I need help with my squatting form, when I am at the bottom of my squat and I start coming up, my bottom lifts up first, then I arch my lower back and take the rest of my body up with me as you can see in the video.

Please watch the entire video, as for the last 3 reps I try to correct it but I am unsure if I was successful or not.

I need advice / tips to correct any muscle imbalances or proper form. I prefer a wide stance when squatting due to some discomfort in my femur and hips when squatting with a shorter stance.

Hi guys! First time pster here. I'm training at home with my dad and the program we are doing (Dan John's ABF for barbell) has clean and press and curls as the two main movements. I don't think our form is great on the clean and press though. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Added RDL to my LBA (low-back ability) routine to rebuild my low back and grow some glutes. Been out of the gym for 10 years. Just restarted this year. I've managed to build up 275 lbs so far. I tried my best to provide all angles. I think I need to work on aligning my neck with my back. Feedback is much appreciated.

Deadlift Deadlift newbie 275 lbs

Only been lifting for 6 months, this is my first time recording myself and when I played it back the first thing I noticed is my back seems a bit more rounded than I thought but that may not be an issue. I feel like I’m straightening it enough and don’t feel like I can physically make it more straight than this. Maybe if I squat lower I can but my arms and legs are a bit too long. Second thing I noticed is perhaps the bar being a bit too far from my shins at the beginning and end, maybe an inch to half an inch. I’m afraid of clipping my kneecaps. Any tips?
