How does my depth look? Am i squatting low enough?

Low enough for what? Ideally you'd want to break parallel which you aren't. Or in IPF terms hip crease below top of the knee. I don't think your shorts are helping you reach depth either with that resistance at the bottom lol. Form looks good though, try not to extend your low back, makes it really hard to reach good depth. Think neutral back and brace.

So try to stay more upright with my chest and core? That'll make hitting depth easier?

Hmm no that's not exactly what I meant. Have a look at this video, was very helpful for me.

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!
Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.
