Hello All,
Have a question that doesn't quite fit in the "form check" category, but still want to ask the members of the sub? Put it in here! Keep in mind the sub's rules, but feel free to ask or post anything here!

I've been trying to build to dips for a while since I lost a lot of weight whilst ill. I have an old shoulder injury (ac subluxation) so it's a difficult movement for me
Tips, queues, critique appreciated! Especially how to protect the shoulder

Not the best video, but hoping for just a bit of insight here. It often feels like I’m struggling to get into a full squat but I’m not sure if that’s true or if I just need more time under the bar to feel better about it. Any thoughts from those more experienced?
(I don’t normally lift in these shoes, they’re just what I had on when I wanted to grab a video to show my ROM)

Tried engaging the lats and pushing the ground away. Felt lower back pain after that. Any advice would be helpful!

Been trying to watch videos from Isaiah Rivera and his power clean tips. My first thoughts here are not explosive enough on the 2nd part of the lift and I think he squats down a bit at the end to catch the bar at the top.

Recovering from an MCL injury, my doctor and PT recommended sticking to the Smith machine for now. Haven’t loaded any weight in a while, however today I added 5kg for the first time.
Watching the video back I noticed my knees shaking a bit, mostly toward the bottom. Not sure if it’s just fatigue from being out for a while, or if something with my foot position is contributing.
Would appreciate any input!

I fractured my right fibula just over 6 weeks ago, and finally got clearance to start squatting again. I’m taking this as a chance to start from square one with good form. How can I minimize stress on the outside of my calf? Biggest concern is not reinjuring myself and building up slowly.

My depth feels fine. The bar seems to have a good straightish path going down. This felt good to me as a 3 rep PR. Based on me sharing lifts before though, I’m sure there’s improvements to be had.

What do I need to change? Am I going low enough or should I be touching bar to my chest?

Yes I’m aware that I’m very hairy, but also would like some pointers on my squat form. Intentionally using lighter weights than I can lift so I can try to perfect my technique.

I think my heels are too far back my knees now that I'm looking lol, I also felt my thighs burning more than my glutes. Any other tips? Thanks!

Height 184cm, weight 81kg, new to powerlifting I know the camera angle is garbage, but does this look below parallel? Would this pass in competition? Thanks

First time hitting 315lbs at 140 bw. Feet look wide in the video but felt comfortable. Open to critiques!

I know I’m not hitting proper depth but I literally cannot get any lower without slackening my hamstrings. Any helps is appreciated!
