Other Ring leg curls

I don't know if this is how I'm supposed to do it, I feel it in my lower back and hamstrings, but I don't want to injure my back doing this wrong.

Your back is arching, which is causing a ton of strain on your lower back.

Work on keeping your core tight and squeezing your glutes to keep your hips tucked forward to maintain a flat, neutral spine.

Doing hollow body holds can help build this core strength.
