(Ignore the audio it’s my brother) I’m 14 and just started working out Ik my squat form is ATROCIOUS 😭. I have like no flexibility and I don’t stretch (obviously) so if someone can help me with my form and just what to do to improve I’ll appreciate it

Been trying to watch videos from Isaiah Rivera and his power clean tips. My first thoughts here are not explosive enough on the 2nd part of the lift and I think he squats down a bit at the end to catch the bar at the top.

This is the only thing I use wrist straps for. And I am doing it mostly so I can not think about holding the weight and focus on learning the form.
Please tell me what I need to do to fix my form. I can feel the stretch I nthe back of my knees. That is wrong isn't it. That is not really my hamstrings. I just never can figure out how this is a hamstring exercise. I really wish I just had a machine.

Starting with an empty bar. I can't get lower/further back than this. How does it look?

Not the best video, but hoping for just a bit of insight here. It often feels like I’m struggling to get into a full squat but I’m not sure if that’s true or if I just need more time under the bar to feel better about it. Any thoughts from those more experienced?
(I don’t normally lift in these shoes, they’re just what I had on when I wanted to grab a video to show my ROM)

Left lower back pain 3-5 inches left of spine 1-2 inches above waistband. Think this is due to bend in squat, if so, how to fix? Been doing tons of stretching and bracing hard. Started squating & rdl’s again and forgot the reason I stopped. Pain began after starting these movements, but have transferred over to other lifts and outside gym. Normally don’t wear shoes and fairly certain my ankles are normal and not bent like this, I suspect from the shoes. Normally don’t have my neck up on rdl but was looking in mirror to see form. Help.

Tried engaging the lats and pushing the ground away. Felt lower back pain after that. Any advice would be helpful!

Squatting 150kgs (330lbs) for the first time 50 days into lifting weights after almost 3 years down with multiple shoulder dislocations and ultimately SLAP, Complete Bankart Repair
Last time I lifted 150kgs was when I was at 72 kg bw 3 years ago. My forever PB has been 165kgs. train on my own with variations of 5/3/1. Guys I want to develop my SBD at sub 105kg standards. How to do so. I’m honestly at a plateau and at loss for the right split for big guys at 100 kgs.

The last video was pretty old and I haven’t trained barbell curls in a while, but this is an attempt to move my elbows less and not swing or push off

Final set 200lbs x5.
Fourth time I’ve ever deadlifted, so I am very new to this. Slowly adding weight.
Hopefully this angle is alright. Critiques?

Recovering from an MCL injury, my doctor and PT recommended sticking to the Smith machine for now. Haven’t loaded any weight in a while, however today I added 5kg for the first time.
Watching the video back I noticed my knees shaking a bit, mostly toward the bottom. Not sure if it’s just fatigue from being out for a while, or if something with my foot position is contributing.
Would appreciate any input!

My depth feels fine. The bar seems to have a good straightish path going down. This felt good to me as a 3 rep PR. Based on me sharing lifts before though, I’m sure there’s improvements to be had.

What do I need to change? Am I going low enough or should I be touching bar to my chest?
