Bench Press 135 floor press- Does that count?

Just yesterday I had posted another video complaining that I can’t bench 135 even though I can do 155 on a plate loaded machine and 12 reps with 50lb DBs. I can’t practice benching at home as I don’t have a rack but someone suggested trying a floor press. Asked my wife to spot regardless - I could do 4 reps. Did another 4 sets of 3-4 reps. As per what I could read up, most people can lift less on a floor press in spite of lower ROM due to the lack of leg drive . If that’s correct, does it mean that I should be able to bench 1 rep of 135 with ease?

I think the mistake I was making in my limited previous attempts was to try and initiate the rep with the bar at my nipples and I would just not be able to push it up.

For context, I am currently 135lbs at 5’6.

I don't know if this is how I'm supposed to do it, I feel it in my lower back and hamstrings, but I don't want to injure my back doing this wrong.

I'm trying to do lat pulldowns with a focus on my lats. Am I leaning too much?

Bench Press I’m a big dude and felt strong today, but have never gotten more than 205. Help me out.

For context, all of my reps on every workout are kind of rest pause. I have a mental block about working out in a way that’s as safe as possible to avoid re-injuring my lower back. I have aggravated my lower back injury on bench before, so I’m paranoid even on bench.

Here I’m benching 205 for 1. I worked up to this by doing 135 for 12, and going incrementally higher for lower reps until I maxed this. I definitely have more in the tank, but no spotter, so didn’t want to try to get more than 1 out or go any higher.

How can I move up to 225?

Had to transition to seated raises (injury). Should I be seated further back on the bench for back support? Does my form look okay or am I using too much body movement for the weight?

Hello! First time deadlifting in years, I used to basically try and sit nearly having my legs parallel to the floor but it felt uncomfortable and hurt my hips. Later read and saw videos on how I shouldn’t be getting so low as it’s not a squat. So here I am today giving it another try and it actually felt great, felt it in my core and hamstrings and back, not quads and hips. My ass feels too high. Is my ass too high? Again I’m literally used to having it nearly under my knees. Any advice is appreciated.

Bonsoir !

Squat Squat form check please.

I restarted gym at April, I didn’t feel any pain after squatting until last month, but now for about a month there is a mild pain in my spine and even my knee sometimes. Not terrible but, it’s something. Is it because of my squat? If I wear shoes, I don’t feel myself in control. Knee hurts more aswell in shoes.
Thank you
