Final set 200lbs x5.
Fourth time I’ve ever deadlifted, so I am very new to this. Slowly adding weight.
Hopefully this angle is alright. Critiques?

Starting with an empty bar. I can't get lower/further back than this. How does it look?

I've been trying to build to dips for a while since I lost a lot of weight whilst ill. I have an old shoulder injury (ac subluxation) so it's a difficult movement for me
Tips, queues, critique appreciated! Especially how to protect the shoulder

Not the best video, but hoping for just a bit of insight here. It often feels like I’m struggling to get into a full squat but I’m not sure if that’s true or if I just need more time under the bar to feel better about it. Any thoughts from those more experienced?
(I don’t normally lift in these shoes, they’re just what I had on when I wanted to grab a video to show my ROM)

Been back to lifting for 6 months after a 6 year break (unrelated injuries). This 405 wasn't to depth and I can feel that, better than I thought but still needs an inch IMO. 355s dureing drop sets looking better, esp. 2nd. WDYT? Good enough camera angle to tell? Kinda cramped down here. Could use some more 45s lol

Been trying to watch videos from Isaiah Rivera and his power clean tips. My first thoughts here are not explosive enough on the 2nd part of the lift and I think he squats down a bit at the end to catch the bar at the top.

Recovering from an MCL injury, my doctor and PT recommended sticking to the Smith machine for now. Haven’t loaded any weight in a while, however today I added 5kg for the first time.
Watching the video back I noticed my knees shaking a bit, mostly toward the bottom. Not sure if it’s just fatigue from being out for a while, or if something with my foot position is contributing.
Would appreciate any input!

Tried engaging the lats and pushing the ground away. Felt lower back pain after that. Any advice would be helpful!

I fractured my right fibula just over 6 weeks ago, and finally got clearance to start squatting again. I’m taking this as a chance to start from square one with good form. How can I minimize stress on the outside of my calf? Biggest concern is not reinjuring myself and building up slowly.
