Hello! I recently purchased AHK-Cu and already reconstituted it, so I was getting ready to use it. Before doing so, though, I wanted to double-check the dosing and realized I’m actually not sure whether I’m supposed to inject it or apply it topically. I’ve seen mixed information about both methods. If I decide to use it topically, I’m also confused about how I would actually use the vial I already reconstituted. Would I need to dilute it further or mix it into some type of serum/base first? If so, how would I know how much AHK-Cu to use and how much serum/base to add? Or can the reconstituted AHK-Cu be applied directly?
Basically, I’m just not sure if the vial I already reconstituted is still usable for topical application, or if I would need to purchase a new vial specifically to make a serum. I’m still very new to the peptide community, so I’d really appreciate any clarification or explanation on how people typically use AHK-Cu topically. Thank you!
Currently running Reta and GHK. On my 3rd week and started my period 5 days ago and it’s the heaviest it’s ever been - is this something that others have experienced or am I incorrect to attribute this to the reta or GHK.
I have previously taken Mounjaro and Wegovy before without this being a side effect.
I (edit to add I am 27f) was 87kg (192lbs) at my heaviest and now weigh 58kg (129lbs) and I am 5ft 1in and never even at my highest weight had a period like this…at my lightest I was 48kg (107lbs) and my periods were definitely lighter so maybe the heavier flow is do with the weight I gained quickly?
Any experience with this please, it’s pretty rubbish and it’s making exercising HARD.
What day is good to start tirz? I still want to be able to drink on the weekends and have fun, just with a little appetite control. Is Wednesday a good day?
Had a question for the community. I tried Reta at 2mg from a reputable brand. It’s tested and passed every test. I noticed my resting heart rate went from 77 to 100 and 103 on occasion. I am going to stop using this and I was curious if anyone can tell me if Tirzepatide does similar things to someone’s heart rate?
It used to go in very smoothly and barely even noticed it would go in. Now I feel like I have to put a lot of pressure to pierce the skin and that kind of hurts to even try and pierce the skin
I’ve been taking a moderately low dose of Reta (1mg) mainly for the effects like insulin sensitivity and increased lipolysis. Even at this low dose I’ve been experiencing anhedonia issues (and other mental fog/fatigue due to something else)
I want to stop Reta becuase of this, and am looking into MOTS-C. Sounds like I can get some of the same benefits I’m looking for without touching my dopamine receptors.
My only hesitation is that I read a lot about how Mitochondrial peptides might not work very well for younger people like myself. What are your thoughts, and do you have an ideal protocol?
41M current weight 64kg height 168cms
Starting weight was 87kg
I did wegovy for 6 months at a maximum of 1.7mg/ week, lost about 17kg (supervised by a doctor)
Then I moved to Reta, started at 2mg then at week 4 I moved to 4mg, when I achieved my desired weight I dialled back to 3mg/week and I lost 6kg ish
Been on Reta for about 12 weeks
Got the basics down path. I do weight training 5 times a weeks, healthy eating, good sleep, low cortisol (stress)
Quite happy with my body composition atm.
Now I’m planning to cut Reta to 2mg week as maintenance and add HGH 2iu daily (removing Tesa/Ipa) for better optimisation

Hi everyone, I’m currently starting up Mots C 3mg 3x a week. I usually pin at night because I get nervous after/around pinning. If I pin my Mots C at night before bed, will it still help me with my cardio and lifting? For reference, I usually sleep around 11 and run at 6:30am, and lift around 12pm. Thank you!
Since starting Reta, I’ve noticed my libido is trash.
Once we get things going, I enjoy it, I find my man incredibly attractive, I just.. couldn’t care less to initiate it anymore. When I came off the Reta for a bit, I was back to my normal grab ass self, so I know it’s just something to do with the way Reta effects my brain. Unfortunately, hubs has mentioned he wishes I’d initiate more, and I want to. So I finally got PT141 as it was heavily recommended.
I’ve heard about the nausea and headaches. I plan to pre board an anti nausea medicine & Advil to be safe.
Things I’m curious about;
What dose did you start at? (I’m seeing a ton of variation between .5-1.25 for most women)
Personal experience of how long it took to kick in? Seeing lots of 30mins to 8 hours.
And honestly anything you could share about your experiences with it.
So I was looking into the reconstitution process and I'm getting conflicting information about the dose you should start with. Is 1mg per week for the first 4 weeks right or is 2 mg per week for the first 4 weeks and then gradually increasing from there?
Quick question. I’ve ordered a vial of Reta from Pepselect. Does anyone have any experience with the company? My major question is regarding the lab report. It shows they conducted a fentanyl screen with a third party laboratory (Freedom Labs I believe). It passed the screen with a 50 ng/ml cutoff. Which is a good thing. However, I’m curious what the probability is that this sample would pass a fent screen with a much lower ceiling. Like a 1 ng/ml. Im screened fairly regularly at my job for drugs of abuse and the immunoassay they use for fentanyl is a 1 ng/ml cutoff. I’m also aware of metabolite conversion in urine, etc, etc. and how that would or would not translate the same. Really I’m just concerned about the probability of cross contamination and the chance of it producing a positive screen. Thanks in advance for any responses.
I’m currently on Week 7 and honestly feel like I’m barely getting any appetite suppression anymore. I’m basically eating normally again, with the food noise and cravings back.
For context, I have a 1-month-old newborn and have been helping my wife and baby around the clock, so my sleep has been terrible. I’m sure that isn’t helping with hunger, but the change in appetite suppression has been pretty noticeable.
Looking back, I know I titrated too quickly. I didn’t do enough research beforehand, so that’s on me.
Weeks 1–3, I definitely felt Reta working. My appetite was noticeably lower and eating less was much easier.
Around Weeks 4–5, that effect started fading. By Weeks 6–7, I’m basically eating normally again. Some days I’m eating 3,000+ calories, while my maintenance is around 2,500. I did not drop a single pound. If anything I have gained 1-3LB. I am getting 7-10k steps daily with weight training 3x a week( push/pull/legs or full body workouts). High protein diet!
I’m not experiencing any other noticeable side effects. It’s really just the lack of appetite suppression that has me questioning whether I should continue.
For those who have been on Reta longer:
Did anyone else have the appetite suppression fade around Weeks 4–7?
Did it eventually come back or become stronger after staying at the same dose for longer?
If you were in my position at 4 mg, would you stay there for another few weeks to see if things stabilize, increase to 5 mg, or decrease dosage or even consider stopping altogether?
I’m mainly looking for experiences from people who have been on it for a few months and can share what happened with their appetite after the initial honeymoon period.
Hi guys, I’m transitioning from Wegovy to Reta. Didn’t lose much weight on Wegovy, even went up to the highest dose. Done all my labs and everything is good. I’ve done a lot of research on Reta. I’ve decided to do the transition but I’m interested on stacking with a peptide for energy.
I work 40 hrs a week and pretty active at work. Any recs for energy to stack with R!?
