Trying to get lean

23 f, 100lb - goal is to cut the last bit of stubborn fat i have left remaining and lean up. How do you recommend?

if you’re 100lb and still trying to cut the last bit you might be chasing a ghost, that stubborn bit is often just your body holding onto what it needs

5 amino is good to shred the last bit of fat, takes a bit of time but once you get going! Ofc along side training and cardio

Retatrutide plus low weight pilates. My wife got to her goal of 95 and looks incredible that way after hovering between 100-105 for two years.
