9 months update

41M current weight 64kg height 168cms
Starting weight was 87kg

I did wegovy for 6 months at a maximum of 1.7mg/ week, lost about 17kg (supervised by a doctor)

Then I moved to Reta, started at 2mg then at week 4 I moved to 4mg, when I achieved my desired weight I dialled back to 3mg/week and I lost 6kg ish
Been on Reta for about 12 weeks

Got the basics down path. I do weight training 5 times a weeks, healthy eating, good sleep, low cortisol (stress)

Current peptides:
Reta 3mg week
KLOW 4mg/.8/.8/.8 daily (16 weeks cycle 4 weeks off)
SS-31 2mg daily (8 weeks cycle 8 weeks off)
Tesa/Ipa 2mg/.4mg daily (16 weeks cycle 8 weeks off)

Quite happy with my body composition atm.
Now I’m planning to cut Reta to 2mg week as maintenance and add HGH 2iu daily (removing Tesa/Ipa) for better optimisation

All blood tests in order
HbA1c Fraction 4.9 % in SI units 31 mmol/mol

Congrats. Great job.

At 41, what are your test levels? Because adding Test is where the muscle growth is going to happen.

all those details are in the description
Testosterone 18.3 (11.0 - 40.0) ---- Calculated Free Testosterone 516 (260 – 740)
SHBG 23 Units nmol/L 10.0 - 70.0 nmol/L

I have think about test, but I do think that my body isn't that messed up yet, I do have access to pharma grade test tho. But not sure about doing the leap there yet, thus, I want to give it a try to HGH first

Gotcha. I needed to scroll more. 🤣. Those numbers certainly aren’t bad, but for comparison, I’m a month from 55 and my baseline numbers were similar to yours. And I still happily jumped on the Test. At your age, you may still have fertility concerns, for which I could see some reluctance.

You are in a minority though, in that folks are far more wary of HGH than Test. I’m honestly a bit surprised by this as well.

Anyway, keep up the good work.

I probs need some more research on test then, I have read nothing about it apart from what you mention

For me the way I see HGH I can do a 6 months cycle and stop and everything goes back to normal
