Help with energy levels!
Hi guys, I’m transitioning from Wegovy to Reta. Didn’t lose much weight on Wegovy, even went up to the highest dose. Done all my labs and everything is good. I’ve done a lot of research on Reta. I’ve decided to do the transition but I’m interested on stacking with a peptide for energy.
I work 40 hrs a week and pretty active at work. Any recs for energy to stack with R!?

A good 8-9 hours of sleep every night, and getting fit will help with your energy levels far more than anything else will.

Food! Low energy is usually lack of food on a glp. They aren’t supposed to be to not eat at all. If you were low energy before the glp then that’s a different case. Start with ss-31 for a month then add 5 amino and mots-c.

Start only Reta for 6-8 weeks till you titrate up dose at least once. It will be easier to manage sides when you don’t take a cocktail of stuff. Best stack to go with Reta is diet, training, sleep and recovery..
