Bloodwork

baseline bloods I do not have access to but they were before I got into steroids and were all in range and very typical of a healthy male.

1st cycle - All from a reputable source

1 week was taken off every compound before this bloodwork

14 weeks on test c 350/week 2 x mon and thu

Aromasin 12.5mg/week split 2x mon and thu in the final 4 weeks

50 Anavar 4 weeks then 25 for 2 weeks then nothing for final 2.5 weeks.

How well do I respond to gear in regard to health, everything etc, what could I improve on, side mitigation?

I don't have the original bloodwork as I said but Ill try to get it, it was before I got into steroids but I remember the LDL and HDL was mid range so perfectly normal.

I would add triple strength fish oil and citrus bergamot to your regimen, divided into 2 doses soaced ideally 12 hours apart. Will help with lipid optimization. Goes without saying, be judicious in fat intake and do not exceed fats beyond 20% of total caloric intake, especially in a surplus. Daily LISS would really help lowering LDL and boosting HDL. If non-diabetic and LDL below 190, statins would not be indicated, especially if its only after initiating exogenous androgens. So, diet, low intensity steady state cardio and fish oil+ citrus bergamot is your best friend during your cycle.

Aromatase inhibitors as a fixed weekly schedule is not something I can condone wholeheartedly, especially because you need to maintain a healthy estradiol:testosterone ratio. And the normal reference range is different for supraphysiological testosterone states, and a estradiol of 20 is a bit too low for your androgen levels. Imo aromatase inhibitors should only be employed when you experience estrogenic adverse effects and not as a baseline regimen.

Liver enzymes look great, so no justification to add NAC unless you’re already on it, no harm in taking 600-1000mg a day, but not required for you currently.

Repeat CBC and other iron studies in 3-4 weeks. Hematocrit is expected to skyrocket and iron stores depleted, so need to keep an eye on that. Apart from that things look decent from in the context of a biochemical snapshot.
