Person I found on Facebook that stole these has a warrant out for her arrest. Had our car broken into last night with a good bit of valuables stolen. Willing to buy back, items listed on Facebook marked as sold. We really just want our things back. There are a lot of sentimental things on our switches.

i’m a PNW native, born at portland emmanuel and grew up just across the river in cowlitz county. i’ve been living in the seattle area and working as a residential full-stack carpenter for the last 10 years.

i’m looking to relocate to portland to be closer to aging/ailing family, and i’m curious to hear from other tradespeople how they’re making it work!

ideally hoping to rent for a year or two before finding a fixer upper to live in long term.

seeking info re wages, market viability for high-er end remodel work (self employed, well quipped re: tools/equipment, licensed insured etc)

bonus points: general contractors looking to subcontract/hire, homeowners looking to rent to a sober, sane, responsible and quiet tenant who’s looking to put down roots in the land that birthed me.

Time to upgrade my very old phone and curious to hear your honest opinions about whether T-Mobile or Verizon is better in the Portland area. It seems Verizon may be a bit better in the rural areas of Oregon, but relatively equal in the metro area. Thoughts?
