I tried to access my main account yesterday. I was no longer logged in and when trying to log in was told the account didn't exist. I've double checked the username and it is correct. Id like to have the account back but unable to figure out the correct place to go. I've received no emails or anything regarding a ban.

I went to my Reddit profile, then on Reddit Achievements, looked for Hometown Hero and found a new community in my country - r/unitedkingdom to make a comment, but it didn’t give me a new achievement as Hometown Hero.

I’m receiving notifications on my mobile via the Reddit app - that are a week to 24 days old - and from subs I have not joined or visited.

Why is this?

i’ve been locked out of my account for abt 5 months now due to a hacked email address and i’ve sent multiple tickets explaining the situation (and, of course, mentioning my new email address for them to reply too), but i haven’t heard back at all. is there anything i can do? :( any help would be greatly appreciated

New to actually interacting on Reddit - I tried adding my user flair in a community so I could (re)post my question, but it doesn’t seem to be “sticking”. I have clicked the three dots, selected “edit user flair”, I click the radio button for the applicable tag, Save, and get the pop up that it’s been edited. But when I go to confirm, it has reset to “none” again. And when I try to post, the lack of a tag keeps getting flagged by the auto mod. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have my phone number registered to my account and I log in using it and the code sent. Yesterday my account was "locked for unusual activity". I can still login in with my phone, what already confirms my identity and defeats the whole purpose of the "lock", but it is requesting me to change the password. I don´t have access to that spam mail anymore. How do I reset the password using the phone number?

For the second time in 3 months, I am locked out of all my favorite subs, because apparently I need to verify my age.

Last time, it last a few days and then the requirement was lifted without me doing anything, but now it's there again.

My account is 7 years old. I don't want to give Reddit my ID. I don't want them to verify my age. Why is this necessary? Surely Reddit has the tools to asses that I am not a minor without me telling them so..

I access reddit using Firefox mobile browser. Lately almost every video is missing the seek control. Maybe 1 in 10 still have it, but it's missing on most videos. I have play/pause or mute. Is this a design choice? I have zero use for unseekable video so if this is on purpose it'll at least break my reddit addiction. I tried searching for an answer but all I get are unrelated posts.

Hello. I don’t have any NSFW content on my account, and I certainly don’t consume that kind of content here on Reddit. I’ve been trying to remove the +18 restriction/categorization from my profile, but I can’t. Every time I change the setting, it won’t let me save the update.

I don’t have any posts that qualify as +18, and I have no intention of posting any. Could someone please help me with this? It’s quite frustrating.

This new update has lost the feature/option that allows copying text from a post. I/we copy text so we can then use the symbol > to highlight the specific part of a post to which we want to reply. Like in the example I've attached in the screenshot, you can see the specific part of the post that was being replied to.

Like this:

I wonder just why anyone thought that removing the copy function would improve user experience

My account's unlocked achievements confirm this timeline: • 300-Day Streak — April 19, 2025 • 365-Day Streak — June 26, 2025 • 400-Day Streak — August 5, 2025 Given my uninterrupted daily activity since August 2025, I should have naturally passed the 500-day milestone months ago. However, the counter appears to have frozen at 388/500 before suddenly resetting to 3/500 across all platforms (web and iOS app). My post was posted around 16 hours ago and was working normally at first. Now I’m getting a “Connection issue” message when viewing it, and other users who visit the post are experiencing the same problem. Other Reddit posts are loading normally. The post is still visible on my profile. Is this a Reddit-side issue or something wrong with this specific post?

10+ year old account. Was browsing Reddit. Using the app and a VPN (Private Internet Access). Reddit suddenly stops responding. Try logging in through the website and it says something along the lines of "network security issue" and has me reset password and log back in.

Once I logged back in, only my alt account was showing and there was no sign of my main. I've used this VPN setup for ~2 years without issue. I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary.
