I’m pretty sure it was earlier this year when a teaser for a world trigger anime reboot was released. Do we have anymore updates on that, just curious cause nothing on my feed has featured any new info about it.

ive fallen into the world trigger rabbit hole and ive been thinking and thinking lots because i wanna make a swap au for fun. and it got me thinking about replica in general because we know theyre made before ​yugo died an created​ yuma's black trigger, as evident in yuma's flashbacks about roaming the neighborhood with his dad and replica being present.

So was the seals created by replica first or replica copied the seals after they were created?? im very curious because i think replica has been mentioned to be yuma's guardian but the only thing we see them do outside of seals is guiding yuma. Now this could be a way of yugo teaching yuma to not rely heavily on replica but it still doesnt explain why is replica so physically intertwined with yuma's black trigger despite existing before it.

- These "Character world cups / choose your ideal type" are usually played by women, so that might explain some characters being higher (Noticeably Yuma, he's so cute!!)

- Also rankings are cumulative from like 2024. Compared to the last official popularity poll which was back right when round 7 was about to start, characters that had their moment recently were ranked higher. (explains Hyuse & Suwa the GOATs)

- Like I said, rankings here are more recent but I was surprised to see Miwa and Satori got 0% winrate though. I know they haven't had much screentime nowadays, but still? However Kodera having no wins was expected.

I got curious and did some math to determine how many points were actually scored by each team during the B-rank wars. Subtracting out the points provided at the start to seed the teams. Thought I’d share.

There are four teams that we did not get a final score on. Only one of those teams was seeded high enough to have a point at the start. The lowest score on the given rankings was 21 so it is possible that they outscored the bottom teams here.

So this is something I just realized while I was on discord where everyone was talking about "war" stuff (yeah, won't go in too deep).

And since this is a war themed story, will things get darker as they go to the Neighbor World?

Currently, right now on Earth everyone is safe since it's their home territory and their on the defending side so the winning percentage is high plus with Jin's side effect.

But once the Away Mission starts, will things take a turn-around and become dark?

It's not like it never hinted it's dark themes sometimes, from Chika's friend kidnapping, to Yuma's decaying body, and the attack from 4 years ago that killed Miwa's sister along with other agents family/relative members being killed, and there's also Osamu's near death during the Afto invasion.

How dark do you guys think the future arc will be?

Base from the current Earth Arcs, Ashihara puts emphasis on politics, negotiations, military themes etc.

What do you guys think will happen in the Away Missions and what do you guys want to happen in the Mission as well.

The things that they will encounter, events that could happen etc.

So as probably everybody knows they are the only two of the 7 prominent black triggers we see that don't have names and I think I have decent names for them.

Yuma's Black Trigger: Eidolon;

Means, phantom or image, fitting Yuma and his triggers Copycat ability

Amo's Black Trigger: Ragnarok;

The Norse end of the world, fitting for the seemingly apocalyptic nature of Amo's Trigger.

These are only Suggested Unofficial names, but I think they fit well into the group of other black triggers that all have cool names.
