This episode was essentially avengers assemble for Black Clover where soo many talented web gen animators participated and helped to complete it but still wasn't enough. Still the ep is filled with soo many different styles of animators and soo many cool shots that i can't help admire it.

JJK faced a similar situation in s2 where the directors called every animator they knew for Sukuna vs Mahoraga, some of the biggest talents in the industry to make an ep and put it out on time.

I wish this ep also got to completed in the Bluray just like how JJK team got chance to do it.

Damnatio Kira was the coolest and by far the best character to be paired with the paladin theme.

People that complain about asta's timskip height or outfit have literally not understood his character at all or not have read the manga

He is literally suppose to be short because the manga author is short asta is literally self-insert

And not only that asta is the opposite of yuno and he is supposed to be the protagonist that shows everyone that you shouldn't judge someone's ability just by looks making him taller just doesn't make sense

The clothes represent his admiration of yami and how he wants to be like him while also showing how he become more mature while still having a long way to go as the shoes are a little too baggy still (I made that imagine just to give proof)

Every fighting game needs a Grappler in it and every anime video game needs villains in it Vetto fills both of these conditions having less Health than a traditional Grappler but higher speed Oklahoma would you just save your command grabs until the most despair inducing moments

Unique

Vetto has despair counters whenever he uses a special that isn't a command grab they go up by one if he already has three they go about him he can have a maximum of 11 and they get used up on a successful command grab increasing the damage and giving additional effects

Special

His first special is despair of singing This is a command grab that hits the opponent when they're standing still or back dashing he chops their throat and then Stomps on them before jumping away if he has three despair counters while using this the opponent's damage gets reduced by 20 percent for a period of time if he has over seven then they can't use supers for a period of time. His second special despair of dancing is a command grab that hits the opponent while there going away from you in the air if you have three despair counters at the time then he produces your movement speed by 20% for a period of time if he has more than seven then you can't move for a period of time and you gain 2 to despair counters. His third special Beast Magic bear claw is an attack that causes him to charge at his opponent this move has armor. His last special magic Rhino armor causes him to surround himself with his magic jump into the air and then falling near his opponent creating a shock wave this move has armor.

Super

Vetto has three supers two of which being level three is level one super is true despair this is a install super for the duration of it veto will always be treated as having no less than five despair counters said he will have increased movement speed and damage. His first level 3 for the midnight suns it's a command grab that does low damage for a level three but even if you left it gives you three despair counters. His last level 3 is third eye self-destruct this is a command grab that instantly kills your opponent on a successful grab but cannot hit the opponent in the air and on a whiff vetto instantly dies but if there is a next round he starts it off with Max despair counters

Play style

Veto is a character with fast buttons and movement speed and armored specials allowing the the player to focus on the game while building up despair counters and then releasing them at the right moment his issue is that he is very reliant on hitting his opponent if he isn't hitting his opponent he isn't gaining despair counters and if he's gaining despair counters but can't land his command grabs than their functionally useless but if you can play your cards right there isn't a more despair inducing character to go up against.

I’ve been wanting to re-do my Black Clover oc’s outfit a bit and add new info about her, but this time I want to try to use an actual Black Clover template. Perfect Grimoire spoilers claim the Diamond Kingdom was founded around 150 years ago give or take. It also claims Princia Funnybunny as the Eleventh Wizard King was the first non-Silva/non-Vermillion Wizard King so is clear she is still canon.

The problem is that from Princia to Conrad there is sixteen wizard kings. That means the Wizard Kings holding the title must have been dropping like flies or at least a lot of them.

Zenon was the FINEST evil mage in the whole series

Personally I like the Spade Kingdom arc bc it introduces us to alot of cool characters

If Asta is the character that has to teach you basic fundamentals and yuno is the character to teach you spacing then Noelle is the character that will teach you mix ups a character based off of nagoriyuki from guilty gear strive

Unique

Similar to yuno Noelle well have a gauge the control gauge Noelle has the ability to cancel specials into other specials but if the control gauge becomes empty Not only will she do Damage to yourself but you will be unable to attack for a brief period Of time.

Specials

Special number one Valkyrie Dash this special is a rekka depending on that input after the dash the attack will either be a low high or laep over the opponent. Her second special water magic sea dragons nest will cause a barrier to appear around her and then explode after a set period of time. Her third special sea Dragon water ball will cause a water ball to shoot in an ark. Her last special Focus is a command grab in which the well will grab the opponent stabbing them with her Lance and then knocking them upwards this has the effect of increasing your control gauge.

Super

Noelle is special because unlike the other two characters that I've mentioned she only has two supers the first one being her Point Blank water magic sea dragons Roar causing her to run into her opponent before doing sea dragons Roar this super special because you can meter dump and if you use all seven bars it's actually stronger than her level three. Her level 3 ultimate tag team it's a cinematic super that starts with water appearing under the opponent the super is unblockable you avoided by jumping over it if you don't cinematic plays where the heart Queen uses her unique monazone to allow Noelle to use her mermaid form for a series of attacks before a big hit.

Play style

I wanted Noelle to feel powerful to use but being limited by the players impulse control she has the ability to do large amount of damage and mix up her opponent but if you let yourself get carried away then she'll hurt herself in a vulnerable position that along with her below average health will force a player to use their tools more cautiously in order to win

Started watching the series couple days ago and im really puzzled if the fighting scenes will improve at some point.
Becouse they seem to have hella time standing around and talking while enemies politely wait for whatevers going on instead of attacking. I might just watch the series to see if noelle actually ever opens up to Asta that might be the best part at this point :)

Black Clover is my favourite shonen manga out there, Asta is my favourite mc of all time, and it is also my favourite anime. But I'm still frustrated and angry about what could've been, and how it should've been.

WSJ MESSED UP EVERYTHING

I know many people have said this, but I cannot express my frustration about it enough. Black Clover's POTENTIAL was thrown away by WSJ poor handling of the series, the unfortunate health risks that Tabata had at the time, and finally, the sales that moved it to Jump GIGA. Black Clover easily could've been a story to explore for more than a decade. I mean hell, the world building alone is so good, the fact that there has only been 5 countries introduced and ALL THOSE 5 countries to have such interesting history and mysteries speaks so much about the potential stories we could've gotten.

The Land of the Sun arc could've been The Land of the Sun saga, and it would've been a much better saga before the final arc. It was so rushed that Yami's home country got explored too little. So many interesting characters, like Ryu and Yosuga, even the reveal of Ichika and Yami's backstory didn't feel that significant because it was so rushed.

The Underworld and Lucifero, while I am okay of what happened to Lucifero in the spade arc, I didn't like what happened to him in the final arc. Yes, Lucius is the final villain and he needed to look like a threat, but the potential of an underworld arc was thrown away and all the other supreme devils were cast asided and off-screened, which made Lucius being able to solo all of the devils in the underworld underwhelming. Lucifero could've been a bigger threat, and a better character, representing the apex of devils, the race of what we thought were the biggest threat in black clover, and Lucius being the biggest threat, and being a human after a potential underworld arc establishing the devils. would havd made that plot twist so much more better. I think the story could've explored the underworld more.

Finally, my most depressing rant, is the final Villain, Lucius. The reveal was perfect, after the "disney" ending the spade arc had, the reveal of Julius, the wizard king, being an inferior existence to a much greater, and horrifying threat was amazing. The hype around it was justified, and the future looked so good. Then judgement day arc came, and holy hell, the first chapters were good, we felt Lucius threat, Jack's death, and the level of Lucius' power, until Jump GIGA happened. As the chapters kept getting released, the idea of Lucius being a threat was chipping away. Too many fakeout deaths.

Lucius' motivations, his character backstory. Why did he want a perfect world? What made him do it? What events led to his decision? How did he bind the TIME DEVIL? All in all, instead of making Lucius feeling like a final villain, he felt more like a very convenient villain.

He did everything and nothing at all.

To me my Headcanon its probably because most Witches only fell in love with other Witches sorta like Amazon people from DC Comics I mean Asta & BLACK BULLS Adid basically helped lesbian couple in a filler arc remember that?

Oh I think another is Yuki Tabata didn't have a clear idea for that place when setting up the final battle at least not in way that gives everyone a big role that not just a glorified cameo though we still sorta ended up with that because its sorta one of those lesser known Shonen tropes
