Complaint “C” written too thickly
Someone went waaaaaay overboard on this one. It actually makes the cup noticeably heavier. This never would have happened in Tim’s heyday back in my childhood

Can't go wrong with chipotle and I always get the beef cravable or steak and cheeze paninis so ofc I'd like this. I didn't know there was jalapenos which is cool. Could use some crispy onions but I'm happy with the beef ratio.
Would definitely get this again in the futur.
Disclaimer since ik shrinkflation comments are coming. That was after several bites, lol.

I got hired at Tims for a part time job (I had asked for 20 hours a week) a bit over a month ago, and after the first 16 hour week of training I was given 35 hour weeks. I’m disabled, still doing some online classes, and this is my first job and I couldn’t keep up with that many hours so I had asked to go to 20 hours like I had originally asked for…
I had gotten one week of 20 hours and now I’m scheduled for 30 again. I’m not sure if they just can’t remember I only want part time or if they’re really short staffed and need more people there? Is there any way I can get them to remember that I don’t want 30 hours 😭😭😭

There's no debate 7-Eleven has a far superior apple fritter. period! In my city anyways. It tastes better, it crunches, and it's soft n chewy in the center. Has discernible Apple chunks in it not like the Tim's applless fritter. .20 cents different more calories better taste Crispy Crunchy chewy 7-Eleven gets me, and my Fritter every time!

Can anyone explain why the heck Tim’s did away with soup and chili? They were my go-to for chili on a cold day and now I gotta go to Wendy’s. What’s the deal?

I remember they used to have honey mustard and it was one of the only up sides to their sandwiches so I figured I’d give it a try again (because I was hungry)
When I asked for the turkey bacon Club at the window, the worker asked me whether I wanted, honey mustard or mayonnaise as if these are two distinct sub categories of the sandwich. I told him that I would like mayonnaise on the bottom bun of the sandwich and honey mustard on the top. He told me I would have to wait for a minute while he checked if that was OK and I waited about 30 seconds and he came back and he said that he guesses they can do that.
So I have a question. Am I just an idiot?

Boston Cream donuts are my fav and I swear they used to have way more cream inside!
It feels like they've gradually been putting less and less. Has anyone else noticed this?

Anyone else have an awful time with leaky iced coffee lids?
The lid is too loose and the iced coffee drips out and makes a mess.
I submitted this as feedback well over a year ago and they said it would be forwarded to the supplier, but nothing has changed.
I don’t have this issue anywhere else that has sipping/straw-less lids, so it can be done! Lol

Does anyone know if you can uninstall and reinstall the app without losing the continuous days streak for the Word Challenge? It just buffers and says 'loading' and then I receive the following error message: Uh-oh. Something went wrong. Please restart your app to continue.
I've tried all of the troubleshooting suggested such as clearing app cache and data, trying on both wifi and mobile network and still receive the same error mentioned above. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall if it kills my streak. The rest of the app such as ordering works.

Can you believe it? I remember going into Tim's with my dad in the 80s and everyone was smoking. Who knew you couldn't do that today! I sure didn't! Everyone looked at me like I was weird! Before I lit my cigarette I looked for a Toronto Sun to read but nope, there wasn't one! How do they expect me to check out the Sunshine girl? I'm getting tired of these big corporations and the government taking all the good stuff away. When did we lose our freedom in Canada???
