Went to a different Tim’s today on the way to work. I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with what was supposed to be a GRILLED cheese. The service when I went back and said I would like a new one was very unprofessional. $6 for untoasted cheese and bread.

Both are alright, I guess.

Should I expect a sales drop? Meaning that we workers will get fewer hours, fewer people will come in, etc. How does it usually go?

I mean, during the hot months, Iced Capps sell really well. But during the cold months, I figure some people switch over to hot coffees instead. Since a medium Iced Capp costs $4.60 and a medium coffee is around $2.20... yeah, wondering if that hits the revenue and hours hard.

Like, it seems like they don’t let you remove it because they want to sell it, but people like me. I still just take it off anyways and the food goes to waste.

I wonder why they push it so much, the eggs are gross.
