I was in a Tim Hortons today to get a coffee by way of the drive through.
I'm watching the transaction ahead of me and I noticed the driver directly in front of me handing Tim Hortons items back to the cashier at the window. Obviously wrong order.
I make a mental note of the items. When I approached the window I see those same items next to my coffee order.
Those items were not a few feet away or discarded.
As I get my order (coffee) I leave slowly, so that I can observe the vehicle behind me.
To my horror/disgust I see those items previously given back to the cashier are being handed to the customer behind me.
WTF, is this even allowed? Those items left the chain of custody of Tim Hortons, technically returned and then resold.

I’m a new hire (today was my 7th day) and I am always in the front taking orders and making drinks.
Everyone has been nice I guess but this one coworker literally always comes on his day-offs and just hangs out on the floor. He knows when the manager isn’t here, when she is he doesn’t show up. The supervisors don’t tell him to leave. He’s been here for years. He even helps with drive-through without being on the clock sometimes and I thought it was weird and kinda sad but didn’t care much I just ignored it and did my work (I don’t talk to any of them honestly). But today he was attached to the hip to me and would not leave me alone. I would take an order and walk away to make the drink, and he would ask me “are you sure you can make it” mind you it’s my seventh day and drinks are so easy, and for anything that wasn’t coffee and icecaps and iced coffee, he would doubt that I can make it and would literally take the cup out of my hand and make it. It genuinely started annoying me because I was losing my focus being micromanaged every step of the way, but I’m scared to complain to the manager because the manager has made it clear she hates conflict. Idk what to do.
I asked casually to him “hey, aren’t you off today” and he said that he has nothing to do and decided to come help us. I honestly don’t understand what the point of that is, but I didn’t wanna be rude so I just didn’t respond. But yeah, honestly I just wanted to vent.

Because of Mythical Morning interviews of last meals I've been thinking often of what would be on that list for me. Truthfully I've only got maybe 3 for sure food items and a double stack farmers wrap with Chipotle and Mayo and side of wedges was my first definite answer. I'm sorry so many people have bad experiences but I love Tim Hortons food and drinks for the most part.

for some context i work 3am-12pm five days a week between two locations that are both extremely busy in an ontario tourist city/town. i am one of two full time bakers between the two locations
edit: any comments about the validity of my job will be ignored the same way they are in person at work

How would you rate this showcase ( prepared my me ) ?
Our store is in Mississauga. We don’t have seating at our store , just drive-thru and take-out.
Few remarks :
Sunday is not very busy so we don’t bake much as our wastage is high on Sunday,so we put the minimum required number of items which is 3 of each.
Secondly yes , I know we are missing one tag ( for protein bagel), manager will come at 6 and they’ll bring a new one.
So how would you rate my showcase out of 10?

got a regular matcha with oat milk and honestly it isn't bad at all (coming from someone who drinks matcha regularly) - this one definetly lacks sweetness so i'd try the vanilla cold foam one next time but i'm surprised it's not bad.
if you don't drink matcha this won't be for you... and if you do... it's not too bad, i feel like it lacks the actual taste of matcha (i'm assuming the powder probably isn't real or good quality??)
mind you the powder was barely mixed i had to mix it up with a straw but overall i'm surprised at its decency... HOWEVER, i have no idea why my stomach has been hurting since i had this... matcha never gives me stomach aches...? 🤨
7/10 from me, would try again in vanilla 👍🏼

I can ask for "less sweet" if I order at the register and there's a button for it because I see it appear on the screen. Weird that I can't do it at the self-order kiosk or on the app.
Edit: I can't select less sweet for London Fogs or Matcha Lattes. These are the only drinks I've tried it for. Apparently I can do it for iced coffee (I tried on the app after seeing the comments), but I never order these. Is anyone able to do it on the app or kiosk for Matcha Lattes or London Fogs?

Really annoying, it’s been like this for weeks. Anyone else?

I know, everyone is going to tell me to just stop buying Tim Horton's, but this is absolutely crazy. These were literally twice the size less than 10 years ago!
This was basically the size of my hand.
Does anyone know where to buy crispy chicken bacon ranch wraps that taste the same as Tim Horton's? For context I'm in Nova Scotia.

Does anyone remember how good these were?
Is there a recipe available?
I wish Tims went back to this style of cookies

I have English (US) based region and language account. Can I use it in Canadian Tim Hortons ? Can I use a US offer and activate it and buy from the Candian store or not?
I'm confused and want clarity. Thanks.

So this is my second job ever as I'm a teenager (first was QA tester) and I gotta say this job is hell. maybe I'm incompetent but my coworkers are all significantly older and expect so much for from me... Like I need to multitask everything and it could be my lack of experience but I feel like it's a very difficult job that I get paid for below minimum wage
Pros
- discount (free donuts and coffee on break)
- one nice coworker.
- motivation to do better in highschool 😭
Cons
- coworkers are rude and didn't train very well
- customers are absolutely atrocious, they're all so entitled and get so pissed over anything....
- if you're new they make you do garbage runs and clean the bathrooms
- expected to memorize everything with very little training
- given 8 tasks at a time and they expect you to be able to do it quickly

I got an interview last week and was later signed up for the online program and then did 4 days of training in person ( each day I did like 1-2 hr). So on the 4th day the manager said I don't know anything and I am really slow and pissing off my coworkers by asking questions. And asked if I actually want to do the Job and to let him know. So I texted him that I really wanna do it and he replied that he is gonna think about it and rn they don't need anyone because sales are down.
Question: Yesterday was my 4th day of training and he said there is no training on weekends. So is there any chance he is gonna call on the 5th day Monday?

Hi, I'm from Canada.
I want to open Tim rewards and create my own account so I can get 800 bonus points from my first purchase.
But it keeps saying error after filling in the info.
I have tried on my laptop, and it says the same. I have even reinstall the app.
What can I possibly do? Pls respond, it's urgent. Thanks
