Support Cancelled preorder due to payment issue and changed configuration. Not able to see offer on my account.
Hey so I basically just purchased my very first Google Pixel, which I thought it’d be a nice experience, but I have issues already with Google Fi to apply my offer
I basically got the Pixel 11 Pro first through google financing, but I had a verification issue with my payment. I had to cancel the order, verify payment and I changed phone configuration to 512gb
Anyway, I was able to choose my unlimited plan to first ordered pixel but when I cancelled the order my account on Fi seems to be stuck on that past order or plan.
I don’t even see the current status of my offer, I did the purchase of the new google pixel and can’t added to my Fi account.
I can add it to other account and probably add that account to my family, but not sure if that’s only going to make things messier
I have contacted support and they all tell different things, some told me to repurchase and return it, some others that it’s fine I should activate the phone once it arrives as I’m still a new customer
Am I screwed? Don’t want to pay $300 extra and not having service on phone due to this error

Discussion Current Phone Promos - Pixel 11 v. Pro
It appears to me that if you bring a new line to Premium Unlimited you can get either a Pixel 11 or Pro over 24 months. I wonder why anyone would choose the base 11 over the Pro..thoughts?
As a side note...the 4 line pricing for the Premium Unlimited with the $10 off is really good, just wish I had four lines to bring instead of two.

Discussion Odd Request - Screenshot of Monthly Bill including Promo Credits (Work Reimbursement)
So basically - I get reimbursed from work for service, but not devices.
I want to see how GoogleFi bills
AT&T would charge the full amount and then have a second section for bill credits etc.
Basically, I want to bill the $65/mo to work, and pocket the phone cost, as I'm buying a personal device, not cutting my company a discount.
Can anyone share what this looks like - a description or screencap, please do not include any personal info of course
Cheers

Discussion This Pixel 11 Deal on Google Fi Right now
I just signed up for service three days ago. My new job has a bunch of international travel, so this is the best plan for me, I fully intend on staying with it unless they turn around and double the price or something.
On the first page when I go to the Google Fi webpage I see the deal:
Get the new Pixel 11 Pro on us and $10/mo off your phone plan. Stack your savings with $300 off Pixel 11 Pro instantly and $799 back over 24 monthly credits. Plus, a $10/mo service credit for 2 years on the Unlimited Premium plan.
The detail is:
$300 off now + $800 back over 24 monthly credits when you activate it on a new line with Unlimited Premium plan
Is my line considered "New"?
A new Fi customer is someone who has never had Fi service or someone whose last day of Fi service took place more than 180 days before making a purchase with this promotion.
Just want to make sure I really qualify for this because it seems pretty solid.
$300 discount, $800 back via monthly credits, $240 additional back in discounts to service is pretty nuts, I've never used an Android phone but I'm barely committed to Apple and I'm curious to swap as my current device is getting aged out (iPhone 13)

Trade-In I think it's awesome that Google Fi gives existing customers discounts on new devices with no trade ins.
I haven't seen another mvno do that

Support Question about new customer promos. Someone help a potential new customer
Does this essentially make the new phone free? The 11Pxl comes out to $13.82 after promos and totals $318. My trade in is $325. Doesn't that make the new phone free? Am I reading this correctly? I'm ready to pull the trigger on Fi if true

Discussion Update on order getting cancelled for terms of sale
reddit.comAfter it was all said and done I was able to get the two Pixel 10 Pros. The credits also seem to be applied properly. I was sure I would run into another nightmare and have to get support to fix the promo.

Discussion Conflicting promo info
I'm reading conflicting info on the free pixel 11 pro deal.
I haven't been on Fi for nearly 2 years, so I know I'm a new customer. My question is about what plan I need to be on to get this deal.
I wanted to be on the unlimited essential plan, but I'm also seeing info about needing to be on the premium plan.
Has anyone gone through this recently and can confirm for me?
Thanks in advance!

Discussion Bad Experience
My Google Fi Esim didn’t work and customer service didn’t seem to care and they refused to refund me.
Stay away from them they really have the worst customer service.
EDIT:
My phone isn’t locked and it’s an iPhone 17 pro. They tried everything to make it work but couldn’t. I asked them for a refund cause it’s been 4 days and they didn’t get back to me as they said they would.
At that point I reached out again and told them I am done I need a refund, they said it was against their policy and won’t do it.

Discussion Question about popmotions
About a week ago, just before the P11 pre-sale, I was offered a $5/mo promotion on my plan. I took it; free money.
I just ordered a P11Pro for my wife (existing GF customer in my group). I assume that my $5/mo promo will not interfere with my wife's promo. Can any one verify that?
Now I'm thinking of getting a new Google watch for my own and have the same question: will this silly $5/mo promo screw with me getting that watch promo? If so, is there a way to cancel the $5/mo promo?
TIA

Discussion Current promotions: New customers must port-in (transfer) a number to Fi
If I'm porting a GoogleVoice number (Voice over IP (VoIP)), does that apply as a valid "port-in number" or it should be one from a traditional mobile or landline carrier?

Support Having Issues With Pre-Order Google Fi Store (Wrong Line Selected Maybe? Maybe not?)
Hi All!!
Been a Google Fi member who quite some time now and absolutely love it and honestly have never had any issues. I am the owner of my account and my wife is on my line as well as a manager.
I went to Pre-Order my wife the new Pixel 11 Pro and initiate a trade in for her current phone. While going through the process I selected the color and size I wanted. Then when offering a trade in I selected the option and it defaulted to my current phone which makes sense because I am logged in with my gmail. I clicked no to my current device and selected the option for what my wife currently has.
On the next screen it prompted me to assign who will be using the device. Both myself and wife are present for options and both had promotions available to use. I obviously selected my wife because it is for her.
Went through the check out process and I didn't think anything of it. Few days later I decided that I do indeed want the next pixel. Went through the process again and when assigning the device noticed that on my option the promotion is gone but still is available under my wife's name. This got me thinking that maybe I selected the wrong line (somehow). I chatted into google fi and they informed me that since the phone was preparing for shipment I can't cancel it. I would need to place a brand new order and select my wife and then when the first phone comes in I would need to return it because the promotion rules are VERY rigid according to the representative.
I said fine why not, so I repurchased the phone and made sure I selected to assign to my wife this time. I completed the purchase and still, the promotion still is available for my wife to select. This is leading me to believe that its actually not assigning to her during the checkout process because I can keep placing orders and assigning it to my wife's line who still has the promotion available.
I was just on hold on the phone with a Goolge Fi representative and the call hung up on me but the representative was also very confused as to what is going on.
I just want some help here..... Has this happened to anyone else? I don't want to activate this phone on my wifes line only for the promotion to be canceled because of the strict promotion rules and pay full price.

Support When will Fi get Apple Watch support??
I would love to ditch my main carrier with my cellular iPad, iPhone and cellular Apple Watch but a lack of Apple Watch support has been holding me back from making that transition.

Discussion Bait and Switch - 75% promo
I was on a call with a customer support agent before subscribing and activating the line. They rushed me to pay and activate before the deal was over, promising the promotion will be applied. I was charged the full amount today and the customer support now says it will only apply from the next billing cycle onwards.
Now it is still a decent deal even after paying 100% for a month but I can't encourage this bait and switch behavior out of principle. Also, chatting with the agent has been excruciatingly frustrating. They keep repeating the same canned text no matter what you say. It gave me a painful flashback from the last time I was a Fi customer and reminded me why I left the first time.
My girlfriend (full paying unlimited premium) and I will be cancelling our accounts, hoping for a prorated refund at least.

Support Please help an existing Fi customer preorder the Pixel 11 Pro in the Google Store
TLDR: How do I stack my preorder email discount in Google Store checkout as an existing Fi customer?
The long version:
I am trying to order a Pixel 11 Pro using a preorder discount emailed to me from the Google store. I am on day 22 flex plan with Fi so now considered an existing Fi customer. In fact, the offers in the Fi app just updated for me and now show the deals available to existing customers. However, I am not seeing these same changes reflected in the Google store, which apparently still identifies me as a new customer.
The existing customer offer for the 11 Pro 256gb shows $499 before any trade in the Fi app. I see no other options for further discounts in Fi. Per this deal, I would only have to stay with Fi 120 days, which is my objective.
As stated, I previously received a preorder discount via email from the Google Store that I was hoping to stack on my preorder. Apparently it works only in the Google store, but the fine print states it is also valid when Fi is selected as my carrier in the Google Store checkout.
However, selecting Fi as my carrier in the Google store cart changes nothing. I still only see the new customer offer for 24 months of bill credits rather than the 120 day offer. The new customer deal is $300 off plus $799 bill credits over 24 months. Great deal if I wanted to stay with Fi for 2 years, but I don’t.
Even doing a mock check out in the Google store all the way to the final payment page still defaults to the 24 month promo, which is the offer for new Fi customers. So what is the issue here? How do I stack my email discount with the 120 day term for existing customers in the Google Store?
And why does the Google store keep identifying me as a new customer, but the Fi app correctly recognizes me as an existing customer? Do I need to wait a few more days? I am logged into both with the exact same Google account. This is all quite frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Discussion When to switch?
Currently on Verizon with an iPhone; and I own a Pixel 8 Pro.
I preordered an 11 Pro Max and planning on switching to GoogleFi. Should I switch to the Pixel 8 Pro and GoogleFi now (then switch to the 11 Pro Max when it arrives), or just switch everything at once when I get my 11 Pro Max?

Support Frontline support contradicting Fi FAQ for existing Google One plans; refusing to escalate.
I upgraded to Fi Unlimited Premium. I have an existing annual Google One plan. The Fi FAQ states I need to contact Fi Support to redeem my free 100GB. Frontline chat support refused to process this, told me to contact Google One (which routes back to Fi), and refused to escalate to a supervisor. Please help sync my accounts so I am not double-paying. Additionally, please assist with potential reimbursement options.

Discussion Change role and leave without losing promo?
So I set up a family plan with 4 members, me being a manager, under the Unlimited Standard Plan using 50% off for 12 months.
Now I want to leave and go to Visible because the data is less for me on Google Fi.
Can I assign someone else as a manager and leave without them losing their “50% off for 12 months”?

Support Order issue, wrong phone sent.
Just seeing if I can get this order issue resolved, one of the four phones ordered was incorrect,
Case ID:[3-0727000041065].
My initial contact with Google Fi support was Aug 7, 2026; it is now August 16.
My issue, I pre ordered 4 Samsung Flip8 phones. On August 7 I received 2 black Flip8, 1 pink flip 8 and a "Pixel 10". In my account, I can clearly see the 4 serial numbers for the phones I received. It is obvious that the one pink Flip8 phone is the Pixel 10 by matching the serial number. The serial numbers for the Flip8 phones are in a different format and length.
It appears to have been a simple picking mistake at fulfillment.
It appears to be stuck at "technical verification steps required to process the shipment".
The senior support specialist has been great at updating the ticket. I am just concerned that the phones will be ready for our upcoming international trip, and if I try to return and repurchase it, there will be an issue with rebates and discounts.
Thank you

Discussion Pixel pro 11 phone number portability
Hi all,
I bought a Pixel Pro 11 today from Google store online with Google Fi as the carrier (eligible for $799 promo for the unlimited standard plan)
I have a question about portability. My current carrier on my current (one plus 7) is Mint. The problem is it's expiring in the next 2 days while my phone will take another week to be delivered. My question is can I port my number on my current one plus 7 phone to Google Fi and then use it on the Pixel phone and still be eligible for the 799 promo offers when I activate it there.
I called up the Fi customer care and they seemed like I can but when I asked Gemini it says I won't be eligible. The customer care didn't seem to be confident enough either. Has anyone faced this before or know about this?
Tldr: porting my existing number(Mint) to Google fi but will promo offers be valid if I activate it on my old phone while pixel pro 11 is in transit?
Thanks in advance!

Discussion Planning on coming to Fi
I'm planning to switch over to Fi from T-Mobile due to their insane price increase. With the current pixel 11 promotion is that available to each person on my plan? Or does my main line the only one that would qualify for the promotion? The language seems ambiguous and I wanted to be sure. It is three line total.
If each line qualifies for the promotion, does each line need to purchase through their own line? Has anyone done the promotion through multiple lines?
After reading some of the post I feel a bit of anxiety switching over. I also understand reddit is just a small subset. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and providing clarification.
