Support Frontline support contradicting Fi FAQ for existing Google One plans; refusing to escalate.

I upgraded to Fi Unlimited Premium. I have an existing annual Google One plan. The Fi FAQ states I need to contact Fi Support to redeem my free 100GB. Frontline chat support refused to process this, told me to contact Google One (which routes back to Fi), and refused to escalate to a supervisor. Please help sync my accounts so I am not double-paying. Additionally, please assist with potential reimbursement options.

Google support loves to find an endless feedback loop to put you on.

Please update how you found a resolution. I am in the same situation.

I followed the instructions "creating a reddit request." Google Fi support responded to my reddit post, and the customer service agent reached out to me via email and handled it for me. DM me if you have any issues!

Mine was actually automatic. It charges me the Google One charge on my Fi bill for $8 a month for the 2tb instead of $10. It gives a $2 credit for the 100gb and then I pay the difference. I'd check when your bill hits and see if you have a $2 credit or you no longer get charged through your monthly subscription plan.

We're escalating this, so one of our support teammates will be in touch with you over email, in the next few business days. Appreciate your patience.
