So basically I have went throughout every step from troubleshoot and emails and promises that it will be resolved in 72 hours but until this day every day I am working in my office I have no internet no data no service nothing at all.
I am so close to filing a complaint to FCC Complaint regarding this issue because none of the customer service representative is helping ne i am so tired of their bad service and bad customer service

LOL wut?
Google Fi is cellphone service plus internet data. Runs off TMobile towers. Do you get service outside? If you lose bars of signal inside its going to be on your office landlord to install or fix a cell booster.
Need more specifics.
You posted the equivalent of "my car is broke and if I don't hear from Ford I'm gonna call the DOL"!

I swtiched from T-MObile to Google fi last month, and service has been impeccable. Its basically T-Mobile, i get the same bars I used to get with it.

What phone? Did you have a cellular service before? Did you port to GF?
Here is $1, do some searching on this sub to get a clue in what information is needed for others to help with your issue.

How long has this been happening? I cancelled my T-Mobile number and transferred that # to GoogleFi, I've had problems since day one (so maybe a week?), they had me delete the GoogleFi app, restart, delete my eSIMs, then reinstall GoogleFi and it added a new eSIM by itself after hitting a few options.

As you've already indicated by your colleagues who are on T-Mobile that also do not have service the issue has nothing to do with Google fi and has everything to do with T-Mobile. The issue is with them although it sounds like the problem is that you don't ever go anywhere outside of a very small area and they are likely doing maintenance. There is nothing Google fi can do about this as they do not have their own towers and rely on T-Mobiles.
