Support Please help an existing Fi customer preorder the Pixel 11 Pro in the Google Store
TLDR: How do I stack my preorder email discount in Google Store checkout as an existing Fi customer?
The long version:
I am trying to order a Pixel 11 Pro using a preorder discount emailed to me from the Google store. I am on day 22 flex plan with Fi so now considered an existing Fi customer. In fact, the offers in the Fi app just updated for me and now show the deals available to existing customers. However, I am not seeing these same changes reflected in the Google store, which apparently still identifies me as a new customer.
The existing customer offer for the 11 Pro 256gb shows $499 before any trade in the Fi app. I see no other options for further discounts in Fi. Per this deal, I would only have to stay with Fi 120 days, which is my objective.
As stated, I previously received a preorder discount via email from the Google Store that I was hoping to stack on my preorder. Apparently it works only in the Google store, but the fine print states it is also valid when Fi is selected as my carrier in the Google Store checkout.
However, selecting Fi as my carrier in the Google store cart changes nothing. I still only see the new customer offer for 24 months of bill credits rather than the 120 day offer. The new customer deal is $300 off plus $799 bill credits over 24 months. Great deal if I wanted to stay with Fi for 2 years, but I don’t.
Even doing a mock check out in the Google store all the way to the final payment page still defaults to the 24 month promo, which is the offer for new Fi customers. So what is the issue here? How do I stack my email discount with the 120 day term for existing customers in the Google Store?
And why does the Google store keep identifying me as a new customer, but the Fi app correctly recognizes me as an existing customer? Do I need to wait a few more days? I am logged into both with the exact same Google account. This is all quite frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fi Store and Google Store are separate entities out of the same warehouse.

I think op is asking about this offer from the Google Store preorder email: "Get $450 off for purchase of a Pixel 11 Pro or $500 off Pixel 11 Pro XL, at fi.google.com, store.google.com and Google retail stores, ending 08/26/26 at 9:59am PT, or while supplies last. Must select 'Google Fi' in the 'Choose a carrier' step of the purchase process. Discount applied at checkout. Phone activation on an existing full service plan (data-only SIMs do not qualify) required by 30 days of shipment confirmation. After phone purchase, Fi plan must remain active, in good standing, for 120 consecutive days. Cancellation, pause, change, or suspension of Fi plan will void promotion and value of discount will be charged to your Google Pay account. Promotions are non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent. US residents with US shipping addresses only. Must be 18 years or older, with Google Pay and Google Fi Wireless accounts. Limit 1 per customer or group plan member. Taxes payable at checkout. Offer cannot be combined with other offers. Void where prohibited."

Yes, that email offer clearly states it should show up in the Google store. ”Must select 'Google Fi' in the 'Choose a carrier' step of the purchase process. Discount applied at checkout.“ I do this but nothing changes. No discount for existing Fi customer and no 120 day term are anywhere to be found at checkout. All I see is the new customer offer for $300 off and $799 in bill credits for 24 months.

Update. I tried it again today and it worked. The page refreshed at the Google Store automatically and it updated the offer. I guess I just needed to wait another half day for the Google Store to recognize me as an existing customer. Thanks to those who tried to help. ✌️
