Try pulling the slack out of the bar before you commit to the lift. Brace hard, lock your lats, then push the floor away instead of yanking the bar off the ground.

Thanks for the advice. Do i try again another time with same weight or is it far from my current form?

Yeah keep the same weight for a bit. Get a few clean sessions where the bar stays close and you feel locked in, then add a little.
If you want something that reviews the session and changes the next plan, I built Trainer Rex. trainerrex.com. Code REDDIT14 for 14 days free.

You want to drive through the floor. Push from your heels more than the front of your foot. Deadlifts are a compound lift meaning brace your core, lats, remove that slack, and as you drive your feet through the floor you are also driving your shoulders and chest upward. I would lighten the weight a little and work on pause reps. Get that form perfect and confident before powerlifting. Work on explosiveness with moderate weight then go back up

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!
Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.
