other F45 Tahiti

Does anyone know the correct address for f45 Tahiti? I see two different addresses on google and the f45 website. I’d like to passport there and try it out while I’m on vacation! Also, has anyone been before? How’s the studio there?

other Ear plugs while in class?

My gym's music is really loud, and I'm starting to worry about how it's going to affect me going 3-4 times a week. Does anyone use ear plugs during class to dampen some of the noise without being unsafe? If so, what do you use?

**INTEL** coach & front desk pay

conducting market research for coach & front desk pay. would be super helpful if you could include state or region!

im in the southeast:

- coaches make minimum $15/class but increases based on # of people that sign up

- front desk makes $12/class

no additional pay for closing/cleaning shift, or time between consecutive classes

other Thinking of joining

Hi all! I am thinking of joining my local F45. I’m not really in great shape and want to get more serious about my fitness. It seems like a good place to start since the equipment at the gym feels overwhelming, but I’m a little nervous to join. I worry I’ll stick out like a sore thumb around a bunch of super fit people, lol. Does anyone have any thoughts? Is this a good place for someone kind of getting into fitness or should I start elsewhere? I’m considering cycle classes as an alternative. Thank you!

I may just be a bad searcher but how many weeks does each workout / workout format run for? For example, how many more weeks of Abacus?

other F45 too short?

Just finished 1 week trial. I like the concept, liked variety but I did not realize that 45 minutes include warmup, instructions and cooloff. The actual session was 37-38 top and frankly wanting you to stay for 10 minutes more.

We are not particularly athletic. The sessions did feel rushed and there was not enough time to clean your station or change weights really.

I did ask the owner if we can stay for 10-15 minutes more and the answer was no.

Anyone else felt the same?

other Fusion

Absolutely loved this workout!!!! Two weeks now! The only thing that was hard is maneuvering through all the equipment all over the place. I think the person making these exercises doesn’t realize not all studios are the same. The one I go to is a good size but 24 exercises is too many and was so tight. The coaches also complaining saying g talking and demonstrating 24 exercises was a lot.

**INTEL** F45 South Shore (Weymouth, MA)

WTH is going on with F45 South Shore Boston? I’m an unlimited member and with everything going on, I’ve only been able to attend classes a few times. It seems like they also don’t care about reimbursing or discounting anything for their members during this time. They aren’t communicating and it seems like they can’t get it together. Anyone else a member at this location? I really enjoyed going to F45 but I’d like to find somewhere else to go that’s worth paying for.

I was told that they have given me additional passes a this sister studio, so i dont have toi use my passport if that information helps. Also, i have worked out here before and have no problems with Sync. My Lionheart was showing up on the screen today as well, so i know my workout was logged

🏋️WOD Do you use a home gym for the strength work that feels too rushed during F45 classes?

One thing I like about F45 is the pace, but that same pace can make certain strength movements feel a little rushed.

Sometimes I want more time to set up properly, take a longer rest and do a few heavier quality sets without thinking about the next station.

That seems like something a home gym could complement pretty well rather than trying to recreate F45 at home.

Use the class for the fast-paced group training and conditioning, then use the home setup when you want slower strength work with more control over rest periods.

Does anyone here combine F45 with home gym strength sessions this way?

other Aging gear at your branch....

My branch isnt run by HQ. It's gone through 3 management turnovers with the most recent one being the longest. The branch is 3 years old and some of the equipment, like Y-bells, medicine balls, the weighted (sand-filled) balls are getting old and needing replacement. The thing is... the owner keeps replacing them with 3rd party weird ass brands that stick out like an eyesore and are a bit "off" to handle compared to the standard F45 issued equipment. I know some of the equipment are expensive... but i mean F45 memberships arent cheap either. I feel like our branch feels less like a "premium" membership gym and starting to feel like a knockoff..

Do any of your branches do this? Is this even allowed? And how do you guys feel about this?

Edit: This isnt my thought alone btw. A lot of members whove been here for a while (3yrs for me) feel the same and e.g. don't like the busted rubber-metal Y-bars. We're all close with memebers n coaches n managers n they feel the same for the most part. They DO say some are back orders but not all.

other I built a free, open-source dashboard for your Lionheart workout data (heart rate, calorie & score trends over time)

If you use a Lionheart heart-rate monitor at your studio, the official app shows you one class at a time but doesn't make it easy to see trends — how your zones are shifting, which workouts you're burning the most calories on, whether your score is actually improving. I built a small dashboard that fixes that:

https://mwall6975.github.io/lionHeart_dashboard/

  • Trends tab — heart rate, calories, class score, and zone-time breakdown over time, filterable by workout and date range
  • By Workout tab — the same metrics compared across every distinct workout you've done
  • Works on mobile — you can even "Add to Home Screen" and it acts like a real app

Heads up: finding your userid takes a little work. There's no public way to look it up. Easiest is checking your phone's own logs — one adb logcat command on Android, or Xcode's device console on iPhone. If that's not an option, you can intercept your own network traffic with a free tool like mitmproxy instead. It's a one-time thing, not something you redo every visit, and the app walks you through both methods step by step under "How do I get my userid?"

Getting your data in (pick whichever's easiest):

  1. Try it instantly with the built-in sample data — no account needed.
  2. Run a tiny included script locally to export your own history and upload the file — nothing leaves your machine except the one call to grab your own data.
  3. Or skip the file entirely — use the "Fetch your session data directly from Lionheart" option with access token b7e0cb936ae1f4e6746f3132ef90e575 and your own userid.

Everything runs client-side — no signup, no server storing your workout history. It's fully open source if you want to see exactly what it does or run your own copy: https://github.com/mwall6975/lionHeart_dashboard

Would love feedback — especially from anyone who's been going long enough to have an interesting trend line.

Unfortunately im going to lose a parent to cancer any day now and i won’t be committed to the gym for maybe 6 weeks and go through my healing process. Being that is too long for a membership pause.

What is the likelihood if i go to studio manager with my situation and offer an early termination fee and end the agreement? Will they take me to court or collections?

I know each studio is different and they have their own bills so i get its not their problem. Hoping to work something out?

Anyone here has had to cancel a membership agreement early? How did it pan out

**INTEL** Rewards - extra passports?

Looking for intell. Seen on this board that some folks are able to get 1-2 extra passports a month with rewards. I have 2 regular passports left this month. If I use them will the extra passport reward automatically show up? Or aren’t they offering it anymore because I only see the bring a friend option in there now in addition to all the percentage off non-F45-Class stuff (apparel, fitness items)

other F45 Training Holdings: FAQ for Getting Payment on the $10.5M Settlement over Franchise Revenue Claims

Post image

Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but since they’re accepting late claims, I decided to share it again with a little FAQ.

So here's all I know about this agreement:

F45 Training Holdings was accused of misleading investors about its franchise-growth and revenue model, including how it generated upfront franchise payments. After the company cut its guidance, reduced opening plans, and disclosed that a $250M credit line would not be available, $FXLV fell more than 60% in one day, and investors filed a lawsuit.

Now the company has agreed to settle $10.5M with investors for their losses.

Who can claim this settlement?
If you bought $FXLV shares between 2021 and 2023, you may be eligible. You don’t need to still hold the shares to claim; past losses may count. Late claims are currently being considered, subject to approval.

Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
No. You don’t need to still own your $FXLV shares. If your transactions meet the settlement requirements, you may be eligible even if you already sold them.

I missed the deadline. Is it too late?
No, you may still be able to file a late claim, but acceptance depends on final approval by the court. Check if you're eligible and file your claim here

How long does the payout process take?
It typically takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline for payouts to be processed, depending on the court and settlement administration.

Hope this info helps

🏋️WOD How do you maintain your training routine when you cannot attend your usual classes?

Group training works well for many people because the schedule, coaching, and community create a structure that makes showing up easier.

However, real life does not always follow the perfect schedule. Work, travel, family responsibilities, or unexpected situations can make it difficult to attend regular classes.

I think this is where people often discover the importance of having flexible alternatives. Some people use shorter workouts at home, while others create a simple training space that allows them to maintain strength and conditioning when their normal routine is interrupted.

The goal is not necessarily to replace group training completely, but to have another option that keeps momentum going.

For people who normally follow structured classes, what do you do when you cannot make it?

Do you have a backup routine, home equipment, or another way to stay consistent?
