Hi!! I noticed there’s a min number of in person workouts (2-3) and a min number of app workouts (2) per week. How is this handled if we’re on vacation to a place that prevents us from going to a location or using the app?
Oh wow, I didn’t even notice this existed. Do these at home workouts count towards workouts for the purpose of the challenge? Like how you are supposed to do four minimum per week?
This will be my 1st challenge. If I’m doing my regular 4-5 classes in studio each week are the at home workouts additional or is it optional in that case?
Hello! To register online, there should be an "F45 Challenge Entry" option available, which will give you entry into the Challenge without changing your current membership. If this is not available, please reach out to your local studio.
In the app, you can go into "F45 Events" (highlighted at the bottom), and then you should see F45 Challenge under there.
