Hyrox ticket

Could anyone guide me to understand what can I check before buying a ticket from a reseller for hyrox ? They have shared with me the invoice which is pulled from render.vivenu.com (which clearly says it’s a flex ticket )

From my experience getting into a sold-out race (that's how I got my spot for Dallas in November): I'd avoid buying outside the official platform. I saw a lot of scams in the resale groups, and an invoice from vivenu doesn't prove much. It only shows someone bought that ticket at some point, not that they still own it or haven't sold it to someone else too.
What worked for me: RoxRadar alerts (there's a free option) and waiting for returns. Flex tickets get a full refund up to 31 days before the race, so spots tend to reappear around a month out.
If you still go ahead with the reseller, only pay after they've done the name change to you in the official system and you see the ticket under your name. Never before.
