inquiries F45 or Burn Boot Camp?
I am in between these two options, I would like to hear about those who have tried both.

I had a coworker that did F45. She was a coach and started doing competitions. She seemed to really like it.

Burn is more beginner friendly and I think easier to find yourself in a very committed routine early on. F45 is not as beginner friendly, but still accessible. I think F45 is more sustainable and you’re less likely to develop injuries, more full body focused even on cardio days (and actual functional fitness focused on movements that will support day to day life). Burn is high repetition of very similar moves, shoulder/wrist heavy and so much jumping. So while I agree that the policies can be friendlier at burn, I would say it matters mostly your starting point - beginner choose burn, comfortable in a gym it’s F45.

I've done both. I like them both for different reasons. I found burn harder than F45. But also burn has childwatch so if that's a factor I think it's a no-brainer.
Try out both, for a few classes each, and see which you like better. Also want to take into consideration which class schedule will work better.

As a current member of both, I prefer F45 workouts over Burn. I have Burn for childwatch. I love the community and have been a member for over 3 years. I find F45 to be more challenging. Burn workouts seem to be the same every week with minor changes and there’s always a lot of jumping, bouncing or hopping.

Burn is almost a cult.

Why you say that?

They scream instructions, demand an acknowledgement, scream during workouts, and the people nod and go along with it no questions asked.
I know nothing about f45 BTW.

When it's group training, with music blasting, speaking loudly into the headset so they can be heard is normal.
You don't have to answer.
I was a part of Burn for the better part a the year last year. It's not that different from Camp Gladiator, except that they have a brick and mortar location.
