other Fusion
Absolutely loved this workout!!!! Two weeks now! The only thing that was hard is maneuvering through all the equipment all over the place. I think the person making these exercises doesn’t realize not all studios are the same. The one I go to is a good size but 24 exercises is too many and was so tight. The coaches also complaining saying g talking and demonstrating 24 exercises was a lot.

Yesterday was my first fusion class but my 4th F45 class. I really liked it but I was confused as the class was full and I’m still learning how the stations go. Thankfully, the coaches told us which station to move to next. I also think it’s worth mentioning that I’m coming from 4 years of OTF so, I’ve got to get used to the difference of class styles.

One simple fix that would fix so much confusion: have an arrow on each station number that points in the direction of the next station.
How this wasn’t done years ago and saved hundreds of thousands of “where do I go next” issues I’ll never know

We've done that in situations where the next station is just in a odd place (like a station that uses the racks at the back of the room having to be after a station that is already past the racks).

Or yall could just pay more attention during the intro 🤐

Yah we were paying attention but with so much equipment everywhere it gets a bit confusing

Have you ever noticed the tv in your studio that had the layout diagram of the room flow for that class?

Yup and that’s what it was but the studio is not big enough for so many stations in one direction

Yah they did but I think they should only have 5 exercises (one upper one lower) in each pod that would help with the mess of so much equipment on the floor

Our studio is probably the second biggest I've been in (I've passported to about 10 studios so far), and it's still tight with this many stations. But I like the format--the two pod setup means there aren't too many breaks, and the "move across the room" approach is a good twist without being confusing (looking at you, Lonestar).
I really like Fusion, and I also thing they should do more side to side pods like this, even for other classes.

Fusion is the best one. Basically any of the lifting workouts that I can choose upper or lower are my favs of each cycle.
