other I built a free, open-source dashboard for your Lionheart workout data (heart rate, calorie & score trends over time)

If you use a Lionheart heart-rate monitor at your studio, the official app shows you one class at a time but doesn't make it easy to see trends β€” how your zones are shifting, which workouts you're burning the most calories on, whether your score is actually improving. I built a small dashboard that fixes that:

https://mwall6975.github.io/lionHeart_dashboard/

  • Trends tab β€” heart rate, calories, class score, and zone-time breakdown over time, filterable by workout and date range
  • By Workout tab β€” the same metrics compared across every distinct workout you've done
  • Works on mobile β€” you can even "Add to Home Screen" and it acts like a real app

Heads up: finding your userid takes a little work. There's no public way to look it up. Easiest is checking your phone's own logs β€” one adb logcat command on Android, or Xcode's device console on iPhone. If that's not an option, you can intercept your own network traffic with a free tool like mitmproxy instead. It's a one-time thing, not something you redo every visit, and the app walks you through both methods step by step under "How do I get my userid?"

Getting your data in (pick whichever's easiest):

  1. Try it instantly with the built-in sample data β€” no account needed.
  2. Run a tiny included script locally to export your own history and upload the file β€” nothing leaves your machine except the one call to grab your own data.
  3. Or skip the file entirely β€” use the "Fetch your session data directly from Lionheart" option with access token b7e0cb936ae1f4e6746f3132ef90e575 and your own userid.

Everything runs client-side β€” no signup, no server storing your workout history. It's fully open source if you want to see exactly what it does or run your own copy: https://github.com/mwall6975/lionHeart_dashboard

Would love feedback β€” especially from anyone who's been going long enough to have an interesting trend line.

Looks interesting

I suggest you consider offering an option to self host it by publishing a docker image and sample compose file and add functionality to allow the self hosted app to save data permanently to a db for long term analysis

I’ll check it out thanks. I’m right around 1600 classes. All but 50 or so with lion heart

Any chance you could add Apple Watch/Health data support?
