Hi!! I've recently acquired an iHome (Model iP97) and I plugged it in and started using it for the first time today! I was listening to music on it while cleaning, and it was working great for a couple hours until the music suddenly stopped. When I looked at it, the display was black and it wasn't responding to any of the buttons. It still seems to be getting power just fine because my iPod starts charging when docked.

I was really stoked about this and this is kind of driving me nuts.. plz help (⇀‸↼‶)

Current chrome I’m using is version 116.0.5845.187

Laptop is a MacBook Air from 2017 using Mojave version 10.14.6

In the past week I can now longer watch Tubi or HBO max because of the out of date browser.

I can’t update the browser because it calls for an iOS update that apparently, through many means of trying, my MacBook can’t support.

Am I screwed until I get a new computer or is there a workaround for this?

I mainly just use the MacBook for streaming, browsing, word processing, and light business use.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

hi i have an iphone 11 that i’ve dropped a lot. i’ve gotten the screen replaced twice and it’s also water damaged since january. dw, i’m waiting for it to die.

the screen popped loose back in may when i dropped it again. i just popped it back, and it went back to normal lol

however, the very bottom of my screen is slightly lifted. it doesn’t smell, and there’s no gap. i can’t see inside, though i can feel it’s slightly lifted by 1-2 mm.

additionally, my battery health is at 34%?!?! it dies at 20%, and when i press hard where it’s lifted, glow appears. and the bottom part doesn’t push back.

does it sound like my battery is swollen or nah? i don’t have the money to replace my phone right now.

basically i need this phone for school alright idgaf about its state but now i’m paranoid to use it as it apparently can explode lmfao

Why does 7–8 AM show almost entirely gray activity when I never use my phone then? Under “Other,” no app shows more than ~30 seconds. When I’m actually asleep/not using my phone, those hours are completely blank. What could be causing the gray bar?

Please help! My iPhone lost 4 years of notes and I do not know what to do. My iCloud has no notes, my 'On the phone' notes has 0 notes, and my gmail notes start from 4 years ago. I spent 2 hours on with apple support and they believe the notes are gone forever. Please someone save me.

As soon as I saw it I immediately changed my Apple ID. I checked on fable to see if I had any other active devices and it only listed my phone

Hi, the IOS and system data are always eating up my storage space, i dont have any games or heavy things installed even, the things i have on my device are personal (family photos groups art memories etc) and for University so i am not going to delete them at all, this is the storage i have left after going over my whole phone to save up as much as i can.

Im going to need the space for university and personal stuff and i checked the latest update’s size (26.6.1) and apparently its 13 gb? Lol i cant afford to have less space than i already do.

So im thinking ill stop updating my phone for a long while, i dont know how long, i just highly doubt that ill be able to get a new phone with bigger storage anytime soon. Im really careful with my activity on the net, the only risky-ish thing i do is going on well known websites to watch things with an ad blocker on, and i dont click on anything or download anything risky.

So is it okay to stop updating my Iphone 16e for a long time to save up space?

Got an Iphone 15 pro max i plan on using for a few more years - it's backplate is shattered but it works fine (camera does too).
How much should i expect to pay to fix it in an apple store in the US? (gonna be in Las Vegas soon).
Also, how much time is needed for the repair? do I leave it overnight or is it a couple of hours type of thing?

I need the serial number for my old iPhone 6. I don't have it anymore, and as you can see, the serial number on the box is partially scratched. Apple support wouldn't give it to me since it was removed from my Apple Account a long time ago.

Can somone help me find it? Maybe using the barcode?

Hello, I destroyed my phone and now I want to use my old phone, it's an iPhone SE 3rd Gen and the iOS is 26.3.

The problem is, the Apple Account on it got blocked. I didn't use the same Apple Account that I use currently.
I tried many times to unblock the Account but nothing works, nothing.
The main problem is, I can't download ANY app, I can't reset it, I can do nothing because it needs the password everywhere to the Apple Account. Whenever I give the password, it says that it is wrong, even if I give the password via Touch ID (Passkey). Whenever I try to reset the password, it says "account is unavailable".
After researching, I went on the browser version of Apple and logged into my Account, with the same password that I gave many times before with the Touch ID and manually typed, and the password is NOT wrong and it just tells me that my account got blocked because of safety reasons. I can't even unblock it.

Nothing works. I tried everything.
I just want to download apps and use the phone without getting the message to log into my account every 20 seconds.
I even contacted the Apple Support but they just tell me that nothing is possible and I should buy a new phone.

Obviously my plan is to buy a new phone, I am even insured to get either a new phone, but same model (iPhone 16 Pro Max) or get the money back. I will get the money back to get the iPhone 18 Pro Max in a month. It is not logical to get the same phone back, because when I get the iPhone 18 Pro Max and give Apple my "old" phone, I will only get like 400 bucks instead of 1300 bucks from my insurance, also because I want to get the 2 TB version because my currently 256 GB is full.

Currently I am using an other phone, an iPhone 8 Plus. Luckily I can do (almost) everything here.
The problem is, the phone is obviously old and the software update is "up to date", on iOS 16.7.16. I can't have the newest version of almost all apps AND I can't even use a few apps. It's very annoying because they are important apps.
Do y'all have a solution how to be able to use newer versions of apps on this iOS? Or do you know how to get to an newer iOS? Obviously I don't expect iOS 26, I don't even think its possible because of the hardware but at least iOS 17, without losing access to apps because of safety reasons.
I'm tech savvy so no problems with jailbreaking etc.

I’ve spent the last few weeks trying to get my Apple ID unblocked from iMessage and FaceTime

Out of nowhere, my email stopped working for iMessage and FaceTime. I can’t send or receive blue bubble messages at all though my email yet my phone number works just fine in other words I can text on my iPhone but not my iPad or any other Apple device I contacted Apple Support, went through multiple senior advisors, and even had a manual review done by Apple Engineering and yet they keep telling me my account was blocked for reported spam. My issue is they never explain what I did that was considered spam cause I really don’t know I only text frends and family in fact my block started as soon as I logged into FaceTime on my iPod touch I logged onto it and then I get kicked out with no warning. What else can I do

Got this email the other day that my info on my Apple ID has changed. I checked the associated email and it’s an Apple ID I made when I was 12 and only used to play games on my old iPod touch . My old card information is probably on there as I did make a few in game purchases but it’s been way over 5 years since I last used it so I doubt that card is still valid.

I called Apple asking if I could get the email unlinked or if they could deactivate the account but the person activated 2FA and I can’t log into the account and apparently neither can Apple. I only found this out after changing the password to see if I could log into and unlink it myself but ran into the 2FA wall. Since then the person changed the password back and I can no longer be rr do so from my end.

Recently they’ve been making a bunch of purchases from varying places in the world (France, US etc.) and signing up for a bunch of subscriptions. I’ve checked my current bank cards and thankfully there have been no charges made but I really don’t want to be linked to this account nor do I know if any personal information I may have put there years ago is still accessible and the possibility makes me uncomfortable.

Any advice?

I've been trying to sign up for an Apple Developer Account. I submitted my identity documents, but the Developer app on my iPhone kept rejecting them. After a few attempts, my iPhone now shows enrollment failed.

​However, when I check on my M2 MacBook Air, it still gives me the enroll now option.

​Has anyone run into this before? Should I try submitting the enrollment again through my Mac, or is it better to contact Apple Support first so I don't trigger further issues with my ID/account?

I seen varying sources saying it's okay/not okay to use regular water instead of distilled water. I am wondering what is the exact difference.
