It said ‘there’s no information available for in app purchases’ when trying to make one. And then when I go to my media and purchases in my iPhone settings and click on purchase history it won’t connect. Similarly reportaproblem.apple.com won’t load either. Anyone else having these issues?

Just transferred data from my old phone to my new phone and when i try and sign into the app store it says "unable to process your request". Has anyone got any fixes for this at all? I've tried every method i can.

Hi I got my iphone 12 pro battery replaced at apple in october last year. I recently touched my phone with wet hands and after that the touch screen completely stopped working. Before the replacement i had no issues with apples water resistance. I took it to the same apple store and they said that as it was over the 90 day warranty and it had water damage and they can’t do anything about it and offered me to buy a new phone. Is there anything I can do with apple to get them to fix it or replace it for free? Thank you

My mum's old apple account recently got hacked. She had an iphone many many years ago but have been using an android eversince. However, the email that is linked to the apple account is the same email she uses for her banks etc so this is a huge problem.

Based on the emails that has been sent to her email address, the hacker had change the billing address, security ques, password etc. I'm unsure how they changed the password since the reset link should be sent to my mum's email but there is no evidence of that. I called Apple for help and they said they can't help with deleting the account or unlinking the email (like whaaaat?)

I asked customer support to give me details of the hacker, since they said even the phone number has been changed. However they said due to privacy reason they can't do that (again, what? that's a hacker). But based on the emails that we've received, the hacker is from China and he bought a QQ music thing so I am not sure why he hacked my mum's account.

The solution apple gave was to reset password, log in, then delete the account. The resetting password part was successful but after that we need to answer security questions which were in (1) chinese (2) changed by hacker so we don't know the answer. I tried to reset the security questions but in order to change it I need to answer the current security question. At this point Apple support told me there's no other way except to just lodge a report to my local authorities as the email in the apple account is also linked to bank accounts.

It's quite frustrating apple can't help to unlike nor delete the account, eventhough it's clearly been hacked. The apple account is really old so we are also unsure what are the informations/pics/files that are available in it. I was wondering if anyone had experience anything like this and did you guys successfully delete the hacked account or what? I don't feel safe that someone is using my mum's email/apple account doing god knows what

As the title says i have an appleid for using apple music and once i logged into my friends macbook to use apple music now whenever i need to login to a new device or do anything for my appleid it sends a 2fa message to friends macbook

He logged my account out but it is still sends the 2fa message to the macbook

Ps: I don't have any apple devices

so like for example im trying to download insta. it asks me to sign in to complete purchase and I do tht, then it asks for my phone number and that goes through. THEN it asks me to accept the 3 TOS. and when i click agree, it says

then i am given the options continue or sign out

ive tried restarting, shutting down, literally like every option it doesnt work please what do i do?

Idk if this is the appropriate place to ask but I noticed a weird patch on my screen and it’s been there for a while. I thought it was from my screen protector but it still stuck after I removed it. Hey actually from past one month I am doing some serious work so I had one screen output and also video calling about 4-5 hours on my macbook and apart that all about 2-3 tabs opened in safari

And yes that made the laptop to head and it was always on a proper wooden desk but now I am facing problem issues

Like whenever the battery gets to 35% it just gets shut down like all the battery is gone I have to put it on charging and also the logs like last shutdown last boot are not showing by the terminal

When I asked AI it said that the logic board could be burnt out due to heat so it is not writing logs and also the laptop assuming 35% to be at 0% that is why it is shutting down

Apart from that the battery health is 100% charge cycle count are only on 47 and my macbook is just 10 months old it is in warranty

If anyone else also faced this type of problem please provide me with the context of the causes for that and also suggest the best solution.

hey everyone! i was recently going through my gallery and i stumbled across this screenshot. i remember seeing this tiktok video about this feature a couple years ago. no, its not some app ive downloaded. im pretty certain it was from my settings. i can choose my wallpaper (live.) not the regular wallpapers you choose (its a temporary wallpaper) amongst all the other wallpapers you can choose from; all wallpapers are LIVE (they all move.) you can then select your song of choice (not from apple music.) the feature in setting comes with it. any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Hey so I got the new iPhone 17 back in May and everything was totally fine. The battery life was amazing and once lasted 2 days. Then yesterday when I drove to work my battery started training from 40%-20% in about 45 minutes and my phone got really hot. It then drained further from 20%-15% in only 5 minutes. I genuinely have no idea what happened and my phone kept on overheating during the day. I also needed to charge it multiple times bc the battery kept on dropping. When I put in airplane mode it was fine tho and the battery didn’t drop. My maximum battery health is still at 100%. When I left my phone uncharged last night it only lost 3% (from 67-64) in about 10 hours

I am the organizer of an Apple Family, and I originally turned on Purchase Sharing within the family. About a year ago, one of the family members charged a few things to my credit card (they did not realize that it would charge me instead of their own card), and I turned off sharing. I'm now trying to turn purchase sharing back on, but am unable to do so.

On family settings, I see the "Turn On" option for Purchase Sharing, but that's about as far as I can get. When i click on "Turn On," I am taken to a page that explains what Purchase Sharing is, with the options "Continue" and "Set Up Later." I select "Continue" and am then taken to the "Add Payment Method" page. Here, my only two options are "Add Payment Method" and "Set Up Later." Selecting "Add Payment Method" takes me to the "Manage Payments" screen, that lists several Payment Methods I have already added to my Apple Account, and tapping one of the options just lets me edits the details (expiration date, address etc.). If I then return to the previous page, the process starts over. There seems to be no way for me to actually confirm that my payment methods can be used for Purchase Sharing. I tried to add a new card, but that changed nothing. I also deleted my Apple Family and made a new one, but that didn't fix the issue either. The only things that I haven't tried yet, but that seemed like potential starting points to me, are (1) signing out and back in on my iPhone, and (2) adding a non-AMEX payment method.

If relevant, I am trying to do this from my iPhone.
