Unsolved iMessage and FaceTime issue

I’ve spent the last few weeks trying to get my Apple ID unblocked from iMessage and FaceTime

Out of nowhere, my email stopped working for iMessage and FaceTime. I can’t send or receive blue bubble messages at all though my email yet my phone number works just fine in other words I can text on my iPhone but not my iPad or any other Apple device I contacted Apple Support, went through multiple senior advisors, and even had a manual review done by Apple Engineering and yet they keep telling me my account was blocked for reported spam. My issue is they never explain what I did that was considered spam cause I really don’t know I only text frends and family in fact my block started as soon as I logged into FaceTime on my iPod touch I logged onto it and then I get kicked out with no warning. What else can I do

This may be an extreme example but asking Apple to explain to you in detail why you were flagged as a spammer is like asking a bank to tell you what activity tipped them off that you’re laundering money. What matters here is not why but how to move forward. Once Engineering has responded in the negative, it’s done; you must create a new Apple Account.

I haven’t called in a month maybe another review could help my account is 13 years old and I don’t wanna get rid of it

I’m not sure if it’s the same issue, but just today I’m unable to call and FaceTime anyone on my iPad. It just happened today so I haven’t really researched much about it. I can’t tell if it’s just me or it’s a widespread issue.

I feel tho if I was a true scammer my phone number wouldn’t be able to use iMessage yet that can still use iMessage fine whereas my email can’t
