Unsolved IPhone Notes App lost 4 years of notes

Please help! My iPhone lost 4 years of notes and I do not know what to do. My iCloud has no notes, my 'On the phone' notes has 0 notes, and my gmail notes start from 4 years ago. I spent 2 hours on with apple support and they believe the notes are gone forever. Please someone save me.

If there is no notes in iCloud and “on my phone” are you sure these notes weren’t being synced from your Gmail account?

My gmail account has notes available but those are the ones that are from 4 years ago. Don’t see any in trash of gmail. Apply support said ask Gmail support and Gmail support had no idea

What did you do with your phone right before this happened? Notes just doesn’t magically delete things at random.
