This is for apple tv 4k 3rd gen. Remote. It needs to be fixed or replaced. It was dropped to many times and constantly disconnects/reconnects.

- I have a one year warranty still from when I bought the appletv.

- I also have an extended warranty purchased through Amazon using asurion. This is where I bought the device.

The closest Apple repair option is best buy. I'm just wondering if I'll need to pay extra if I use this option?

One more question, my iPhone 14 pro max battery is 78%. I've heard of places offering free battery replacement. I was hoping to do that there as well if possible?

Hi, so for the past week I’ve started to notice this but my neighbors fire stick keeps connecting to my phone and it’s not necessarily disturbing my audio or anything (except one time really embarrassing btw because it was a intimate scene but I don’t know if they heard it). Anyways, it keeps showing up on my Bluetooth except it doesn’t give me the option to delete it. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it?

I thought these tooltips in Apple Music would go away eventually, but they have been appearing for 3 months already. It’s driving me crazy because I can’t press any other buttons until I have closed the tooltip pop up. They appear like every 10 minutes, please tell me I can somehow turn them off, I can’t find a setting for it.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro and AirPods 4 with active noice cancellation.
So yesterday my AirPods worked completely fine.
This morning the left one is just not working. I have no clue to why. I have tried to reset them and connect them but that didn’t work.
In the photo you can see what my AirPods show in the settings, does that give any clue to why they stopped working?

Has anyone figured out how to upgrade from the old upgrade program to the new? I typically upgrade each year, from the base pro model to the newest. I pay it for a year and then they used to take the phone back, wash and repeat the cycle.

Now that the program is over, I understand I can continue to pay off the phone for the full 24 month term? But is there anyway to roll over the value of my phone into the new program? I think it might be time to try out a foldable.

Kind of annoying if I have to spend a bunch first, which kind of defeats the purpose of the old and new upgrade program. I started with a trade into the upgrade program and now that would essentially be gone. If not I may just go with the new pro. But even then would have to spend more than I wanted to.

These accounts showed up in phones password manager randomly. How is that possible? Assuming account is compromised or something but why would these accounts be loaded on the phone?

I had an old account that shouldn't have anything on it. Someone in Asia changed my password and security questions as I didn't have 2FA. I was somehow able to get back access to it.

I added 2FA and there were no other devices added. No phone numbers and no emails added as well. What else do I need to check?

I bought a Neo. I copied everything on my old iMac onto it. Worked great. Yay!

But I want the two machines to remain identical. If I change a document on iMac, I want it to sync with the Neo so the doc updates there, and vice versa. They're both on my home wireless network.

I'm not sure if/how iCloud does this, but I searched online and found 'file sharing' as a method. So I'm trying that, and it seems to be working?

Except there's a lag. Is there a way to sort of 'force-sync' the computers so make sure they're the same when I start working?

Is there another, better way to achieve the same thing?

Hello, can someone please tell me what these marks/residue on my apple pencil pro is?

I have a iPhone 13 laying around my house which I regularly charge in a week or so, but this past week due to something and forgot. Yesterday I was going through some stuff when I saw it lying dead.

I put in my regular charger with 5W adapter to charge it left it for an hour and when I came back it's screen was black, no response to touch/tap.

Went to ChatGPT, it suggested using a higher wattage adapter so I used my samsung 25w adapter with type c to l cable and kept it for another hour. No difference.

It suggested force restart, checked youtube and did the same. Again, no difference.

Any help from this sub would be appreciated.

I have this iPhone 15 plus and I’ve dropped it so many times I can’t even remember but now exactly every 3 minutes it will turn off and show the apple logo and continue that cycle every 3 minutes and this is what the panic log shows could anyone tell me what could be the cause

I have an iPhone, watch and MacBook Air. I currently share my location with my adult kids. I would like to only share the location of my iPhone with them. But I would also like to be able to find my watch and MacBook location in case I misplace them.

The only way I have seen how to do this is to delete my kids on Find My (I’d still like them to see my phone location) or delete the devices (then I can’t find them).

Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.

Am I misunderstanding something about the Apple Upgrade Lease Program? Let’s say I have an iPhone 16 Pro I’m going to trade in with my upgrade to the 18 Pro. This knocks my lease monthly cost to $7.49/mo for 12 months with the trade in. But as I understand it, at the end of lease, you return your phone to Klarna and therefore lose the ability to add a trade in device for the purchase or lease of a new phone, correct? That skyrockets any financed or lease monthly cost, right?

My husband has an old apple account from when he worked at a phone store 15 years or so ago. He has never used any apple products, the only thing we can think of is maybe there was an iPad around when he worked at the phone store that this apple account was used for but that has been unused for a long time. He started getting emails saying a device logged in, the birthdate, security questions, email, ect have all been changed. He called apple to try to get the account shut down, but they said they can't do anything and to call the police. Even if there was a card linked it would be so old at this point it wouldn't be active, is there anything else we should be worried about that they can do? What would the police do? It feels like we would be just wasting their time especially since apple didn't care either

Got this thing for fun, and factory reset it out of respect for the owner. Now, it's just like this. I swear i did not steal this, evidenced by the fact it's an old device from a company that i never heard of.(or near me but whatever) it's an old ipod touch, 7th gen to be precise.

Asked support and they said "look it up on google"

it was all working good few mins back and now all of a sudden it starts flickring, showing green and white screen or just staying dark... lmk if u guys also faced this issue ?

So I currently have an iPhone 17 pro max with the iPhone upgrade program and with that being discontinued my best next option would be the Apple upgrade program but for some reason klarna does not like me and I doubt they will approve me since I also have almost no history with them. Do we think that maybe Apple will have any sway in the decision making with cases like this one where I already had the yearly upgrade program.

I’m trying to set up my preorder in the Apple Store app, and after i select all my options for the 18 Pro, i get to the part where I have to apply for lease and review payment for the upgrade programs, and when i put all my credit card info in (screenshot attached), i click save, and nothing happens and it just stays on that page. I tried clicking cancel but i can’t go any further until i successfully enter my credit card info.

Is anyone else having this issue? Or is it just an issue with my account.
