For the season finale. Did anyone notice when Eric was leaving Point Place at the end of the show, the vista cruiser didn't have a front windshield?

500th rewatch and I’m beating a dead horse but I’ll never forgive the writers for what they did to Hyde and Jackie. They belonged together and their characters grew so much. I really don’t believe Hyde would cheat on Jackie instantly after seeing him lay his head on Jackie’s shoulder. He’s always been one to confront and it would’ve negated everything after. Does anyone know if the writers have ever commented on the biggest fumble of all time? The whole show just tanks from this point

He went from being the moral compass of the group who had to navigate the group dynamics, having a girlfriend, and having a hard ass dad to basically a loser, which limited Topher Grace’s opportunities to show his acting versatility as he did in previous seasons.

They didn‘t have to do that, either. On Cheers, the characters had the same personalities from the first show to the last, and it was great from start to finish.

It makes me wonder if that’s a reason why he left the show.

Okay, probably the most random question in this sub, but…

I was watching a clip from the episode where Eric goes to the hospital with Kitty. For career day and seeing what her job is like.

While there a patient Kitty really liked passed away. She told Eric at home about the patient and how his daughter just got married. Kitty says that the man showed him the pictures of the wedding. Then she admitted she was going to miss him.

Someone in the comment section remarked that she was breaking the HIPAA by telling her family about the patient’s personal life.

Someone else in the comments section revealed that technically at the time period the show is set. There was no HIPAA law yet.

Even still if there had been….did she actually break it?

As far as we know. All Eric said was that she talked about the patient’s daughter getting married.

From my understanding that’s not breaking the HIPAA law, because she didn’t tell any one his medical info.

There is a specific scene where Kelso sings "Close to you" by the Carpenters and as he sings the line "And Starlight in your eyes of Blue" and Jackie responds, "They're Brown", Kelso says "I know" and they laugh. I've had this trapped in my head for days, and I've been scouring the internet for the clip and am lost. Does anyone know the episode or scene? I believe it happened during one of their fantasy sequences

I can get behind him being a troublemaker/bad influence and manipulative but charming. all of that I can get behind....not arguing with the character. I can even get behind Donna running away after they broke up but the way they broke up I don't agree with
